My guess would be

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Roland Narwood, for various reasons. If you watch todays Youtube video, you will get clues to the killers psychological profile.

Our friend Roland expresses a deep disregard for both polititians and media, unless its Zapruder material, he shows ignorance for the consequenses of smoking (as most of us do I guess, now where did I put that lighter?).. But the most compelling hint is "Thus spoke Zarathustra", one of the major works of Nietsche.
One of the main themes of Zarathustra is the Ubermensch (overhuman?), a superior individuum who has come to master his full power whereas every other man is a simple bridge or stepstone between him and animals. The Ubermensch also aims to create but sees destruction as a suitable and often inevitable mean to achieve it.

The impression I got from perfectfolds is that he holds a deep antipathy against most of his surroundings as he expressed with his early comments on the paper. He also puts him down to be the answer to societies grievance.

Well, the reasoning turned out to be a little more thorough than intended at first, but here you go, take it for what its worth Razz

I agree with factor5. I've seen a few people jump straight to the assumption that DeShaun is the guy, but reading his facebook page I'm not so sure. To me it comes off as just another superficial guy, albeit one who denies that. The only thing I found on his Facebook page was a line under movies:

Quote:
but i dont pay for the cinema. i just charm the usher and persuade them to let me in!

I don't know but, Roland seems abit too... how do you say this... It seems kinda obvious that it "would" be him, considering the contents of his page. While DeShaun on the other side, not too out there. But then again, that could be a trick to make you over analyze things.

I see it the other way Spunky. DeShaun is the one with evidence against him. The douchey attitude could be a way of manipulating all the douches around him to think that he's normal. Then again some of the evidence is from Roland, and the rest is very circumstantial, only a smoked cigarette, a right-hand drive that's heavier on the right, and an expensive coffee cup. All things easy to fabricate.

Now that I think about it, the only thing we KNOW about the car is that it's heavier on the right. If Roland planted fake evidence then the car doesn't need to be a RHD at all. He only needs something heavy and SAY that the driver was on the right. Maybe being drunk and homeless is a lie. How many homeless do you know that have access to twitter? I think I may be on to something...

I could've sworn someone found out that Roland's email was sleeperinthesun. Maybe I'm mistaken though...God I hope not! I like my fake evidence theory. It fits so well. Cool

Remember what the email said:

"The game's moved up a notch. No detail is too small. Watch everything.
Stay sharp. But your official powers might not be enough. Are you ready to bend the rules to catch the killer? As always, it's up to you. Two
suspects are out there

http://www.facebook.com/pages/DeShaun-Snap-Knapp/245014791913
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Roland-Narwood/266909968884

there may be more to consider."

It warns us that it might not be as simple as this. I'm not sure personally, it could be a double bluff like with the origami figurine in the evidence submission, it seems too obvious to be right but it is a correct piece of evidence. It tells us there may be more suspects to consider, but again maybe that's just a bluff? Is there anyone else mentioned so far that looks suspicious? I don't think so.

I'm thinking something else may be revealed in the next two days, another suspect possibly. It also tells us we may have to do something unorthodox to catch the killer, I don't see what is so unorthodox about picking up some clues from two people's facebook pages, so I'm betting there is something more coming, either that or something we have overlooked. There is still two days left, so don't jump the gun on your suspect just yet everyone, the way they are phrasing this something else might just come out.

So far we have is the two twitter accounts, perfectfolds and sleeperinthesun, as well as the two facebook accounts right?

Hmmm...

Anyway, after playing in the demo I remember the police chief mentioned some guy taking his dog for a walk in the park found the body.

Sleeper mentions he heard a dog in the vicinity on the night he talks about.

# RT @NederlandGokken @sleeperinthesun did you hear someone blow on a whistle? -- no but there was a dog barking! dont know whos 2:09 AM Feb 4th from web

Sleeper also mentions that he drinks heavily and one of the items Norman can examine in the demo is an empty bottle. He says it isn't important, but he didn't have the level of detail we got from sleeper.

Also:
# You sure meet some interesting folks at rail station toilets… not in that way! 4:05 AM Jan 19th from web

He's hanging around the rail station, near the tracks where the investigation takes place. I think sleeper saw the murder, or rather the killer moving the body into the crime scene being investigated in the demo.

I'll be playing through the demo again and checking the tweets over again to see if I've missed anything.

I swear I should have got this message. oh well.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
All signs point to Narwood. He blames everyone but him (politicians, idiots, the media, etc.), seems to appear very arrogant, might hail from a troubled background, doesn't give a shit about other people's feelings - but he seems like a douche even if you meet him sober and not angry - and his profile picture looks like a bloody serial killer. Plus there's this gem:
'THREE HOURS to get across the city today... grrr rage blackout'
Key words: rage blackout. He goes insane, kills a kid, doesn;t remember it. Maybe.
Narwood reminds me of a guy I know; I'll ask him whether he's taken up origami lately.

DeShaun seems like a good guy to meet, seems VERY self-centered, but that's about it. Anyone know what the video he had on the wall was? Christ, if he turns out to be a weeaboo...

Though I maintain that the profiler tutor might be the Origami Killer. She seems very unfeeling, and she's always in the shot (though I might be reading too much into that). Anyone notice anytime she was fiddling with her glasses that the screen shook violently?

Probably fake. All the related Facebook images have been taken in real life; Madison's been shown in her in-game render.

I hardly think it could've taken more than a few minutes for the developers to get Madison's actor to have a photo shoot. Rolling Eyes

編集: I finally got the e-mail. Nothing different to what has already been quoted and expounded upon.

But the email from her came from HeavyRainPS3.com, the same address that sent all the official communications before.

Chalk it up to innate paranoia and developer's laziness then. I'd have no idea since I don't use Facebook anyway.

(Madison Paige) I've been looking into these murders for my own reasons and there's a lot more to it than we're being told. I've got info I want to share. Check out these potential suspects: http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Greg-Corgan/414299330197?ref=ts, http://www.facebook.com/pages/Debra-Cammarilla/284124773011?ref=ts

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I don't think it's Greg, he hates the rain and leaves the city when it rains. The killer thinks tweeted about the rain in a positive way several times.
On the flip side, he was "Crazy as a kid" and displaces any responsibility for killing the dog. He also says that he is in to origami.

Debra has a few things that point to her too, like the coffee, and her desire to "get tough" but according to sleeper, the killer is male.

They all have things that match up to the profile, and things that disqualify them.

(also, I'd like to say that no matter what answer we give now, there's no way that they'll reveal the killer from the game.)
