Is it perhaps possible that Perfectfolds, whoever he is, is a copycat killer, in that case? Following the methodology and motives of the real Origami Killer, stuff like that. Maybe after he's caught, the killings continue, and that in turn leads to the actual Origami Killer in the game.

Just an off-hand thought and wild guessing, though.

Now I'm more confused than before. Both of the new suspects seem too obvious.

Greg Corgan- Dad left when he was 6, feels no remorse for running over the dog, fan of the East and origami, said he was wild as a kid.

Debra Cammarilla- Strong sense of right and wrong, likes the Egyptian coffee shop, dislikes the current state of the world and of people ("the World would not be in the state it is Today!"/ "So much Music today is Trash!"/ "adore old comedy shows before they all turned to puerile Garbage."/ "Enough with the Caring and Sharing - we need to get Tough with People!"), news addict even though she finds it depressing.

Alright, just brainstorming, but here's something that I found interesting. We know the killer only kills when it rains. He also enjoys killing, going by how happy he is afterward on twitter, because he sees it as cleansing the city. What if the killer is schizophrenic? I found it very out of place that Greg Corgan, while extremely happy and upbeat everywhere else, feels no remorse after he ran over a dog:"oops. Hit a dog on the way home tonight. Couldn't stop as it was raining, besides, not my fault, right?". The rain is the catalyst that causes the switch to the psychopath personality. He also says that he leaves the city when it rains. It's possible that he doesn't remember (or at least very little) what his other personality does, but his fear of losing control manifests as a fear of rain. Also, if he leaves the city it would explain why there isn't a murder every couple days.

@Movielord101, while the coffee cup is a link to Debra it's very circumstantial as is the cigarette. It could be from any woman who's trying to quit. She also seems to be too "holy" and clean cut to smoke. This could easily be a lie, however.
