PerfectFolds mentions breaking down on the beltway, which would put the setting in the Washington DC metro area. DC, Maryland, VA. I haven't been able to find a Sentinel paper for that area yet though.

It looks like there is also a Beltway in Florida so it could possibly be the Orlando Sentinel

I don't think s/he's going to interact with us but I've sent him a tweet saying that parents let their kids get away with anything these days and that they're all spoiled brats.

If there's a fictional paper out there to find, they're not helping us very much with the clues.

EDIT: The twitter user @Jaispencer mentioned Page 4 in a tweet to @perfectfolds four hours ago. Maybe one to watch?

I just found another paper, this one goes by "The Sentinel" and is in the Capitol Beltway area. http://www.thesentinel.com/

I was post the same think. No doubt, he was refer to the page number of the "fantomatic" newspaper. Also, i cant find an online version of the Sentinel newspaper....
