Guidelines for the Interaction section

In order to keep everything organized, I'd like threads in this section to have the following format:

[type of contact]: chat/call/email/etc with/from [character name], [date and time, timezone]

Examples:

IRC: Chat with Caretaker, 10/23 11:30 pm EST
PHONE: Call from Reggie, 11/6 4:28 am CST
EMAIL: Letter from NRU, 12/1 3:30 pm PST
YIM: Chat with Meg, 10/31 5:55 pm EST
SMS: Text message from CFRG, 11/27 4:50 pm PST

and so on. That way all the information is right there in the title.

Also, when posting a chat log, please make sure to post it as a text file, even if you are copying it to your post. That way all the logs are in one place (the files section) for easy reference. Otherwise, if you want to go back and look at a log, you'll have to search through the forum for the information, which is not fun or quick. Keeping it as a text file ensures that it can be opened with a browser, rather than having to use additional software.
