A lost child dealing with some numbers.
I recently was going through my email, and I came across this:

I don't know where I was born, where I was brought up in, or even at the matter, who am I. I live with a foster family. They are nice, but lately I have been noticing strange things in their behaviour. Not only that, but here's a thing, I also seem to note of a tall man looking at me. Who is he?

Anyway, I have come to ask for help, and this is my question, and my task. WHO AM I?1331131331?

 		God anagrams, I suck at anagrams (atleast long ones.)

Using sites to help I managed to get "its the number" out of "theobarrturas, leonardosisme", but that left the letters "oarrras, leoados" and there doesn't seem to be any sense left to be made of those. So it could be a coincidence, but it seems unlikely...

 		I figured this out. Both names have 13 characters, and the last number on his email is 13, and well, I'm not even sure if their anagrams. 13's a clue for sure, thats why I put it as the description, but maybe coincidence?

I've been away for a bit, but I'm keen to get back into ARG'ing. I've been looking for an ARG I can get in on the ground on and this looks interesting. Mind if I tag along?

theobarrturas and leonardosisme seem like usernames - TheObarrturas and LeonardosIsMe -- has anyone checked the usual places for them (Twitter, FB, Blogspot, etc)? I would, but I'm at work.

Also, have you checked the letters that you are skipping to get the solves, Merago? Anything there?
