Pushing down on the gas, shifting gears, sending the truck rumbling forward, Jude cracked his neck and eyed the impressive weapon at Nik's side. If there was one thing he liked more than fast cars and big trucks, it was powerful guns. This here was no exception.

"Standard military issue, or s'at meant for Big Black?" He asked quizically as the truck thundered into the thick of town. He wasn't the type to shy away from conversation when a person was around, especially if he had something to say or talk about.

Besides, with what they were up against, a little light-hearted discussion couldn't hurt.

He snickered, thinking about that, and glanced over one more time at Nik. She seemed small and frightened, but at the same time, there was a toughness there that exuded quite clearly about her prescence. It was clear why she was a soldier.

She liked skirts. Oh, come on, now's not the time and place, she thought to herself, going back to the kitchen to fetch her jacket.

David looked in the rearview mirror, when the hell did gav get there, dudes a fucking ninja or something. David revved the engine again he sure loved doing that.

Kate went back to the garage and on a closer inspection of the car, she realized that it was only a two seater with barely any extra space. "Shit, I really wanted to be in it..." she muttered to herself, sighing.

Nik looked over at Jude, haphazardly tugging her jacket off as she did so. "Military." She paused. "I wanted a bigger gun. But noooo." She gave him a small smile, crossing one leg over the other. "To be honest, I want to go back to my 7mm rifles and deer stands. I've been here about a day and I'm already fed up with hunting something that is probably in denial of whether he should hunt me or the rest of my group." She shrugged. "I'll tell you one thing: Bear hunting is not the same. At least I get to see something other then mist and grey when I do that."
