Faye continued singing to herself, gleeful, until the hot water ran out. Twisting the taps, she stepped out of the shower, barely drying her body off before slipping her clothes back on. They were wet anyways, didn't really matter if she put them on her wet body. Toweling her hair off, she walked out of the bathroom, past Kate, who appeared to be muttering to herself. She paused, swallowed dryly, before telling her, "David's room is the second, on the left. I'm sure he's fine with you borrowing a shirt since..." Faye smiled wryly, "The only girl's clothing seems a bit too frilly around here."

Humming softly, she walked down the hallway, and came across Gavin in the laundry room. Hair in her face, she grinned at him. "Nice shirt, Gav. Yankees fan, are we?"

Jake continued quietly cursing to himself as he rubbed his head, which was red where he'd been thumping it against the cabinet. Girls....you love them and you hate them at the same time.

"And you never answered my question, you know."

Jake choked slightly, gulping loudly. "I...uh... yeah.."

Gavin grinned.

"You know it. Does 2009 world series champs ring a bell?" he said getting up and pushing the hair out of his face. He walked over to her and chuckled.

"You know you have a lovely singing voice." he was ready to make her feel a little awkward. "Great song."

"Like I'd want them to," Mia scoffed as Andrew left the room. "He's so annoying," she said to Jake. She looked back over at him. "Seriously, are you okay? You look like you hit your head pretty hard. Let me see." She jumped off the counter and walked over to him, turning his head so he was looking at her.

David looked up at the sky, he always loved the rain, there was always something calming about it. "I wonder if anyone noticed that i snuck out." He heard Kate calling him, "Yo, I'm over here! What you need me for?" He said as he slid his sopping wet hair his face.

Kate heard David's voice coming from outside. She padded off from the kitchen over to the garage, to look outside without getting wet. Holding her towel, she called out to him, "Hey, do you have a shirt I can borrow?"

It was getting really cold and prancing about in just a towel wasn't helping her at all. She realized this as another shiver went up her spine and she shook slightly, making the towel shift a little to show more of her legs. "Damn towel," she murmured, tugging on it again.

Faye blushed awkwardly as Gavin commented on her singing, ducking her head, suddenly grateful her dripping wet hair was currently veiling her face. "Thanks." Faye mumbled, looking at the floor.

Jake's mind practically went blank as Mia's fingers slid under his chin, turning his head to face her. Eyes huge, Jake froze, like a deer in headlights. 'I probably look SO stupid', he thought, dismayed.

Gavin suddenly felt stupid. She looked really embarrassed and it was his fault.

He put his hand on her chin and lifted her face up. "I really did like it. I was listening to you in here the whole time." he said sorrowfully. "Didn't mean to hurt you sorry."

He smiled and pushed her hair from her face. "You might wanna get your bangs trimmed though."

Got to play it cool "Yeah i think, follow me." He led Kate upstairs to where his room was, opened the door and walked in. "There should be might be an old ac/dc shirt in there from before i got buffed out from baseball in that closet"

"It looks red, but I think you'll be fine if you're careful," Mia said, looking up at Jake. "Are you okay? You seem to be freaked out or something. Just relax, nothing's out there right now, we're safe." She noticed that his hair was still dripping down his neck and laughed. "Albeit a little damp and underdressed, but who cares?"

Kate followed him, tugging on her towel constantly because it kept slipping a little. "Damn towel," she muttered for the third time, following him into his room.

He pointed her to his closet, which she opened with one hand to check inside. Most of his shirts were too big for her but she found one that looked like it could fit her. It was the AC/DC shirt that he had mentioned, which she didn't mind. She would have preferred a plain color but it didn't matter.

"Thank you, sir," she smiled, walking out of his room, toward the laundry room. She saw that both Gavin and Faye were crowded around it, seemingly in a slightly awkward moment. "Hello," smiled Kate, seeing that her uniform and tank top was dry. "Finally," she murmured to herself, taking them out of the dryer.

Faye blushed again as Gavin lifted her chin and looked her in the eye. 'You know, he has gorgeous ey- whoah train of thought, stop right there!"

Faye stammered, "No, it's okay, I was just startled you were listening..." She looked up at him, then added, "And, if I cut my bangs what would I hide behind?" She laughed slightly, then shivered. It was cold, and the fact Faye was soaking wet didn't help.

Faye jumped as Kate walked in, grinning at her sheepishly.

"Since you civvies seem to not like nudity, maybe you should vacate the area, I'm gonna change into my clothes," she said, giving them a bit of warning as she dried off a bit more with the towel, turning her back to them so they wouldn't go crazy upon seeing her naked.

Gavin walked out of the room swiftly blushing. In front of Kate that was probably really embarrassing to Faye. He headed downstairs and sat on the couch.

Was he being stupid? Was it stupid for him to like Faye and for wanting her to like him back? After all they'd been through was it really?

"Nice tat you got there." He said to Kate as she walked out of the room. He sighed, shit if she stayed any longer i would have started acting like a teenager again.

David walked up to the small mirror on the closet door and took his shirt off, his body looking like a profesional fighter's, "Damn my chest is starting to get pale." he then walked out of his room to where everyone else was at, completely forgetting he wasn't wearing a shirt.

Kate hummed to herself, seeing Faye and Gavin leave, and dropped the towel so she could put on her under garments. She looked at AC/DC shirt for a moment before putting it on top of the dryer, putting on her pants. She made sure to put back all the things that she had taken off from it before putting on her boots.

"There we go, not as cold anymore," she said, stretching out her back a little as she grabbed her tank top to put it on.
