ok, so the image is of data, and a table
more specifically an RLE compression table,
google search for 18 0100111 0000001000 and you can find tons of info
the question is, what data are we de/compressing? and how does it relate to the #s ?

Okay probably complete shot in the dark but RLE may sound if pronouced like R'lyel
Quote:
That is not dead which can eternal lie.
And with strange aeons even death may die.
In the nameless city called: R'lyel
Just a thought. Maybe we are compressing the above quote...

We need somebody with the ability to both make international calls AND record for us to analyze. Details in the chat room.

Huh? I admit I don't know what's going on with this... but what exactly do you need?

The number is
1 514 509 7924
formerly known as 15 145 097 924
we've figured out that when you call it, you can leave a VM or send a FAX and well, the background picture is DATA and the table is a table for facsimile compression...
thats all we've got so far, but by listening to the fax line, it sounds like it indeed is waiting for a fax, not trying to fax us stuff

Err I thought Beatrix took over people's bodies through time in order to write the letters.
Unless you mean all the letters have been collected by one person and they are sending via fax to this number...
That Canadian number is missing the '1'.

the 1 is the country code for dialing it, the US does not need to use it to call that #

I sit corrected.
The website may have be created OOG although that could be changed. Nice empty site though.
Has anybody faxed to this number yet too see if there is person at the other end picking up faxes and then they send a return fax.
http://www.savetz.com/fax/free_fax.php#freeinternational
In the modern age we live, a fax recieved on this number could easily be forwarded to an email address. I'd try myself in a instant if I wasn't stuck @ work. Damm surprised I can access this forum.

# seems to be in game as long as Tex Ripley can verify that he left a VM on it
qadhos told me "We have intercept two voice message, one empty and one from someone named Tex Ripley (see attachments). I didnt saw any data transmission being sent to the process."

Also sent an e-fax (faxzero.com) requesting more information on an order made by B.R. in March 2010. Just received a 'delivered' notice.
