Condor, dude, this is not plagiarism. First of all, the term "plagiarism" only really pertains to written work.

Yours is a completely separate artwork on the same theme (in this instance, "Jay films T.O."). Now, if you had actually taken the work you linked above and claimed it as your own, that'd be an issue of art theft, but this is clearly NOT the case.

This is no more plagiarism/theft than two students both turning in an assigned essay on Hamlet for the same class (unless they've stolen actual words and phrases from each other, that is).

And yes, that is my official opinion as a (former) teacher. [/authority]
