I was hoping to gather a set of the postcards from the initial mailing for a framing I'm working on.

I currently have Vice Squad and Astro Gunner

I need:
Arc Wars
Kraz-Bot
DCON 4- preferably w/ Flynn's Arcade sticker
Space Paranoids- preferably w/Flynn's Arcade sticker

I'm looking for postmarked and stamped postcards sent from Flynn Lives. Feel free to remove or deface your address label of course.

I'll gladly pay postage/envelope costs. If you'd like I'll also send back the same game title, one of the unsent cards from completing Circuit Cycles.
Condition of the front doesn't matter much, I know myself and others have some pretty banged up cards. I'm planning on framing the 6 new card fronts with the 6 postmarked card backs with CC in the middle.

If you can help out, please PM me.

Thanks,
Bill

As I understand it, you can still get FREE postcards by completing the Circuit Cycles challenge: http://encomgames.jp/circuitcycles/

Make sure you have a Flynn Lives account setup. Just login, complete the 32 levels of crazyness, and in a week or so, all of the cards will be yours!

Good Luck!

Thanks for looking out, but I have the new ones.

I am looking for the postmarked original cards as a side project.

CAFE PRESS FLYNN LIVES SHIRT

To anyone who has considered ordering the Flynn Lives shirt that they have on Cafe Press.... DON'T DO IT!!

It is a VERY cheap knock off that looks like an iron on transfer you would print yourself at home. I was wanting a 3xl FL shirt to wrap my girth and was really happy when I found the design on Cafe Press. Unfortunately it's just a cheap bootleg knock off being offered. And not even a GOOD knock off. It simply looks TERRIBLE with a big black border around the letters.

They're refunding my money or letting me pick another shirt, but I just wanted to warn you guys in case anyone was thinking of ordering it. It's crap.

Flynn lives 89 pin
The only thing missing from my collection

So far I have been caught up on everything. I just traded Beefkiller my full Wondercon lot for his full SDCC lot and I think I am set on the majority of the collection.

For the time being I have given up on the Bits and identity disc and I don't know that I will ever get those.

The only thing I need now are the 89 pins and the stickers, although it won't hurt me if I don't have the stickers.

All I have left for trade is a full set of postcards.

Can anyone help out?

If you don't find anyone to trade, there's always this auction.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320570409344&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Though, the last time I saw an 89 Forever pin on ebay it went with a SP pin for $180. And the stickers went for over $30, I think. Damn insane.

RE: 89 pins
possible second run of bits?

I didn't complete the find sam flynn game in time and I have a pretty good collection so far. It would feel complete if I had the 89 pin but I can still live without it.

I hope the admins read this because I know this forum is responsible for most of the swag, or at least that is the impression I get.

I have my B.S. in Computer Graphics and my MFA in 3d Modeling and animation.

I can re-create the bits and there is a place called

http://www.moddler.com that prints models in 3d.

They do them very cheap and great quality.

I like the bits but know by all means I won't ever get them, but I wouldn't mind re-creating them for the sake of making them available to those who weren't able to get them.

If the admins were willing, you could just have molds made and shoot them out to those who are interested. The only reason I don't feel like coughing up the money is because they are kind of small for the craze they have created and I think it would be cool if these were a little bigger.

Only a thought. Even if you asked for $50 a set you would still make your money back and that is by all means way more affordable than $500 for the set, or more just on ebay alone.

Your impression is completely erroneous. This forum is entirely unrelated to the "Flynn Lives" promotion -- other than providing a convenient and free place for us to congregate and discuss it -- and the forum admins have nothing whatsoever to do with the swag.

I thought the ARG swag referred to stuff created by this place. My bad. Nevermind.

I just picked up a SDCC lot on ebay for about $45. Contained the graphic novel preview, the magazine, glow stick, all the coins/coin purse, poster, and I think that's it.... might be something else I can't think of at the moment.

I figured the magazine & graphic novel preview was worth a majority of that price.

In talking with another poster, I offered to trade my spare L Flynn Lives shirt for a token set.... now it appears I'll have an extra token set to barter with.

The only things I don't have (and I know I'll never see) is the identity disc and the bits (which I'll never see either).

As soon as I get everything in, maybe I'll offer the spare coins as a raffle (seems like a novel idea around here lately LOL) I'll keep everyone informed.

I would love the pins and the stickers. I REALLY want a bit, but there's no way that's going to happen, especially after the cost of the SDCC trip.

Thanks to BeefKiller

1 set of Postcards

All I know of that I am missing is

Thanks for coming through with your impressions on the shirt. I've been waiting to hear it before I purchased my own. I know the bootleg ones on ebay are different than the official design, but does anyone know the quality of those?

I would like to get the set of four cards they were handing out at Flynn's. The ones with Flynn, Quorra, the Recognizer and the Light Cycle that form a circle in the middle when they're joined. Anyone help me with any of these?
