The way he says that sentence definitely implies that it's a statement and not a question. And saying "you will leave me, to the ark?" doesn't really make sense in or out of context to me.

My bad, I put the question mark on the wrong side of the parenthesis. It was meant as a statement. Like he is ordering totheark to leave, so that he can continue to stalk jay uninterrupted.

Oh. Well I guess that'd make more sense, even if when I read it in my head I can't help but hear it in Dagoth Ur's voice.

I'm unconvinced that Slender Man has access to Youtube. He seemed to take a fancy to stalking Alex without Alex twittering and youtubing and otherwise announcing his intentions to the world. Why (and how) would Slendy suddenly get tech savvy? (And I don't mean his facebook. XD)

I'm also wavering to the side that Masky is TTA is Tim, and that there are no third parties after all. The effects that we see in ###### can warp and change one mask so that it looks like many, just as easily as there can literally be multiple masks. (The eyebrows are quick to disappear with that kind of blurring, for example. With the contrast kicked in some shots up you can also lose certain features to darkness.)

Total agreement here. He's definitely saying, 'I'm going to make you take me to this person/place/thing that is the ark, bro.' Unless, like you say, they fiddled with the inflection to throw us off!

I'm assuming that Jay as some connection to the ark that Maskytim does not. Kind of like a divining stick pointing to water. X3 Either that, or Masky is planning on using Jay as a redshirt to spring any traps or take any damage along the way.

Y'know, I had considered that. Slendy doesn't seem the kind to think youtube videos into creation, though. He seems more like the kind of guy who would cause youtube to crash and burn and their various servers to melt into useless garbage clumps. TTA, on the other hand, might... but we're starting to see connections with Masky and Tim that make me think that while he does seem to possess some odd powers, they're similar to Slendy's in the 'I will fuck up your electronics' sense. If anything that would make it more difficult to make and upload videos, so... I don't know.

On the other hand, we've never seen any evidence of electronics in Brian's house, when Jay visited. So you may be on to something.

Maybe he isn't able to control his electronic-fuckuppery, and that is the reason all of his (assuming Masky is TTA is Tim) videos are so distorted.

Going off of the TTA =/= Masky, and Masky is the one uploading this, then could it be possible that 'to the ark' at the end of the video mean both TTA (the person) and 'to the ark.' (the place)

In other words, he is telling TTA to lead him to the ark.

 		You know guys, when he says "WE will wait for you no more." it could mean Masky and Slendy won't wait for them. I think this becuase when it said, "I'M coming for you, and you will lead ME to the ark(totheark?)." If there were multiple maskies, he would say "WE'RE coming for you, and you will lead US to the ark.(totheark?)"

And masky at :11 is probably Tim, his hair looks about right.

But as they've been going on at the SA forums, it's likely that Masky is working for Slendy (plural vs. singular message) and that the both of them want to sucker Jay into helping them find Alex.



Aerokinetic, yeah... the videos we've seen have all been pretty distorted. It seems inconsistent to me, though. Why are recording devices affected but not things like computers and editing programs? Is it the act of recording specifically that relays distortion? Or is it that they had no way to visually represent that electronics are suspect and prone to failure in general? (Woah, I just hopped rails there. Guess I'm trying to disprove the idea that Slendy is an electric personality.)

EDIT: Also, it'd explain the I/We changes. Tim and Alex were playing the game, but Tim's the one who does all the action ("I'm coming for you.") Meanwhile Alex secludes himself at an undisclosed location...?

I'm not sure if that means much. Unless Jay thought that Masky looked like Alex from afar and in the dark. Then he'd (hopefully) mention it in the video that Masky seemed like Alex. Also, Tim's monstrous sideburns are usually visible on Masky (LOL)

This is what I've been hoping, honestly. XD The thought of Jay getting reunited with a buddy and filled in on all of the insane shit that's been happening over the last three years, and why they've had to stalk and harass him instead of phoning or texting him in the first place would be satisfying... though probably not as fun for most fans.

There are a couple of hitches with the idea that TTA and Masky (as separate people) are in league and fighting Slendy.

Tim and Alex didn't seem to get along all that well during the time that we see 'em together. Given, we only see them all of three(?) times together, and once Alex is throwing a shitfit that's completely out of character. But Tim didn't seem to have much respect for Alex's movie OR methods, and Alex seemed to be acting snippy even when it seemed like Tim deserved some sort of empathy (the whole being really sick thing). There's also the interview where Tim is all "yeah no, I barely knew the guy, I was just there because of Brian really." I'm not sure I want to take Tim on his word at this point. Dude could be lying, or forgetful, or outright crazy... but actions speak louder'n words. In any case, if they didn't get along then, why would they be working together now, Masky apparently going out at TTA's beck and call, and even posing for him for the last couple of hyper-artsy films?

Secondly, there seems to be dubious evidence that Jay can help in any way. He's pretty much a n00b. What does he have that those two don't? What knowledge could he possibly have come in to over the last three years that the two of them couldn't get access to? He's not immune to Slender Man, that much seems to be clear. The only thing that we see about Jay being different is that when he is in close proximity to Slender Man, he appears to come away without a scratch. When we saw Alex and Slendy in the same room, he seemed to come away with a bloody head. When Tim was in close proximity to Slender Man, he seemed to come away with one hell of a coughing fit. (Something that Jay has also, so even that level of immunity seems to be suspect!)

'Return to Us', 'We will wait for you no more', etc. don't really jive with what we've seen Jay capture on the camera. Unless the Masky/TTA combo are being extremely careful about making it look like they're one and the same, I don't see how they could be different people. We only ever see one Masky at a time. Any time that Masky shows up on the tapes, the camera seems to be mounted on something, or at least is still. Those throw me for a loop when we toss in 'we' and 'us'! XD It's part of the reason that I'm swinging over to thinking that Slendy and Masky are probably in league. It's more compelling a theory, given that Masky, Slendy and Jay seem to be the three players in this at the moment. Alex is missing; having him removed but actively responding to Jay seems really odd, given that he didn't want to say a damned word about what happened when they were in person.
