 		I left a browser window at home open with the recognizers just floating by, clicking when I could. Since I've been at work, I couldn't do anything. I got to 999 and it didn't post to my FL account (even with logging out and back in). I had to start over, and clicked while watching TV, and got the badge....not that it means much..... can't wait for the actual game. That should be some fun Smile

Again, try logging out of your FL account, then logging back in. That seems to solve this issue.


No dice. It gave me the 99 kills but not the 999 =\
I don't suppose it really matters, but not it's just a matter of me being stubborn enough to try again.

What do the pins look like?

Yeah, I have the same thing. Looks like they're having server issues. It's Sunday, so I'd expect they'd have it figured out tomorrow. But who knows, maybe someone is on the job today.

Looking quickly, they do appear to be in the order you would have gotten them.

I don't see that, but it does say I have an invalid username and password..*

I hope it's just a part of updating/upgrading their sites.. darn, too excited.

3 days to go!!.. (Philippine time) :p xD

*EDIT: Sorry, I thought it was for the intranet page, not FL's..

The tl;dr - yeah, it's an OOG server issue, not an IG thing we have to worry about. Hey, this is Tron, a computer-centric franchise, the possibility was going to come up eventually.

The long of it:
It looks like their SQL server either went completely offline, or for some reason the password changed or another connectivity issue. The error given when trying to login to Flynn Lives tells us this, and it's quite obvious all of our user profiles are stored on an SQL server. The forum data, though static, was also likely stored in SQL, so it could be easily updated, which is why that's gone missing too.

It's OOG because all places where you'd need a user ID, e.g. Encom and Dumont, are giving similar errors. These profiles are definitely all linked - logging into Encom for the first time gives a Flynn Lives achievement - so they're all going to be on the same server in the backend.

That and the user area of 42's own site is out of commission, with the same error.

In layman's terms: there's 2 boxes, the box that builds the page and the box that has our profiles and other data on it. The box with our profiles went boom.

I thought the pin was just part of the Find Sam Flynn package, and not for the recognizers bit. If it's being tossed in with the Find Sam Flynn stuffs, then mine is presumably already in the mail. The achievement didn't show up on my end, so here's hoping it showed up on theirs.

I'd do it again but sounds like everything's been throttled at the moment... Confused
