welcome aboard TremereBear,

you are indeed the first person to post on the new blog post. i don't think it was there yesterday but it seems to fit in with our assumption that MMMF has snatched LL.

searched the gmail area and couldn't find any useful info other than the blog - altho as i don't have gmail myself i didn't realise the labels you listed aren't standard. not sure if it is going to be relevant, worth keeping an eye on tho.

i thought of a date as well, but haven't seen anything significant IRL that is set to happen on 17/6/10. maybe an in game date to watch out for, as you say. btw i think the figure is 6.7 billion people to die - i.e. the whole world's population.

will have a think about the new puzzle now and post later with any ideas,

hey, still kinda getting up to speed here, just thought it was a lil weird, he listed a birthdate on his yahoo. i wasn't sure if it comes standard that way or won't create the account with out it or whatever but does the 31st of December 1969 mean anything to you guys? Ha or does it just mean we could be looking for a guy in his 40's?
About as much as i could turn up was that it's at the centre of a computer malfunction thingy that makes some computers set the clocks back to that day due to overflow of numbers in seconds since the last Epoch (Unix?) i don't really get it but there's some mention of it being kinda like the Y2k thing back in 2000. Although, this overflow isn't really meant to happen till 2038.. i mean sure, it could cause some computers to spaz out a little i suppose, but 6.5 billion deaths?

BTW, realize that when you are logged into the gmail/blogger account that it has web history enabled. This means among other things that it keeps a history of all the searches done while logged in. From the looks of it, somebody has been looking for some rather adult material Wink

I'd suggest logging out as soon as you are done using the account.

I think he's talking about the canaries that coal miners would take into the mines with them to test for carbon monoxide leaks. A "canary in a coal mine" is someone or something that is an early warning for something terrible about to happen. Maybe that means Diam was sent ahead of someone/something else as a warning?

Sorry for double posting, but there's a new video up on manyform's Youtube now. I extracted the audio and have been playing around with it in audacity but the only thing I can make out is "all of the little itty bitty". Hope someone else has better luck with it...

ETA: The most prominent numbers are 8483868... a telephone number maybe? Denver's area code is 303... I'm committed but I'm not really "making phone calls" committed yet so I'll let someone else try it. :]

ETA2: I think it's definitely a phone number. I just noticed the caption of the video on youtube is "YOUR CALL."
