 		No problem. In the video it states that there is a hidden directory on the college website. There are clues hidden in the application form. I'm sure one of them is the letters I posted about a few minutes ago and another is the letters : OMROLAZETOM.

 		Ok so basically what we're suppose to know at this point:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Goldman runs an accounting firm
DiMichela runs a school

Goldman reports to DiMichela (we assume, Sarah's brother and not herself)
The low ranking employees/students of the firm/school are known as "Initiates".
The next rank up are "Adepts".
In the video "Ascendants" are mentioned as a rank, synonymous with "chiefs".
They are building an army
We are being recruited (see application form on school site)


On the application, you can find the letters "easTernsuitontheseal" in blue type scattered about the form.

On the other side of the coin are beings that we can barely see
These beings are grabbing up the adepts at an alarming rate
