For the uninformed: I believe Slendy is sighted at 0:15, through the doorway.

I've got my sound on full, but there hasn't been any noise in the last two videos. Is that just me? It also appears that our mystery protagonist cannot see Slenderman himself, but his camera can pick him up.

Interesting stuff.

Probably a dumb question, but is the volume on the youtube video muted with an 'x'? X3 Sometimes muting one video carries over to all the others that you view.

It wasn't; I had to put in earphones to hear it, since my speakers were sufficiently far away that I was mistaking the footsteps for something out in the back street. However, the sound's annoying quiet (I was expecting something more then just footsteps), but they did say that they were using a cell phone camera, so I guess there wouldn't be too much MH-esque sound distortion.

I see a couple of things, the first is right at the start and he seems to look right at it (although, that makes me think its not anything thats not supposed to be there):

Alternatively, Slendy's bent over so he doesn't hit the ceiling. You can't really make out the shirt, and the black that could be his body might just be the shadow that obscures him so.

Does anyone know if this is "interactive," as in a full ARG? Since I'd like to ask this guy some things.
