It appears that it is interactive. When I asked about the being in the doorframe;
Quote:
Wow! I never noticed that shape when i looked at the video, I must have been tired. Do you have any ideas on what it could be? It could be the creature that has been stalking me.
I'm considering doing what seems to be standard protocol when running across a Slender ARG and telling him what the Slenderman is and so on. But in any case, it appears that we're on the right track with the Slenderman-in-the-Doorframe thing.
-edit-
Sent off the "Intro to Slendy" message, as well as this footnote:
Quote:
Are you sure that you didn't see it when you were in the basement? In addition: how could this thing have gotten into your house without your knowledge? Sorry about all the questions, I just want to have as much information as possible.
Also: do you have a Twitter/MSN/etc. account, or do you only have YouTube? Just askin'~

Interesting! I'll keep an eye on this.
Lots of SM stuff going on - this and whoareyou should keep me entertained for now.

I'm not good at fence-sitting, apparently XD;
Still waiting on a reply, also.

Weirdly enough, after MH I've been seeking out music that utilizes those scratchy noises. I can't get enough!
I'm kind of disappointed that this gamejack is paralleling MH so closely, on a different note. :\ I have always thought that ARG's are better when it looks as though the character existed before the game began, so as to help us suspend our disbelief when shit goes down. Even with Marble Hornets, for example, Jay posted from an SA account that was registered a couple of years earlier.

@Dray - it does help it be more immersive. But I found I'm so eager to get started all the preliminary stuff just doesn't crack up to be as fun as the main body of the story!
I'm also following stalkingmonster on twitter, seems like a good way to keep up.

I suppose that I'll remain on the skeptical side of the fence until I see something that shows that there is some real substance, here, and that it's not just piggybacking off of the popularity of Marble Hornets and Slender Man with shallow mimicry. There have been too many poor-quality, half-finished gamejacks in the past for me to be able to jump in on this with the kind of bright-eyed exuberance that everyone else has, I guess!

TBH, I'm just waiting for the next MH bit, everything else is just a fun distraction!

Oh shi-!
hehe, still not convinved that its Slendy though. He looks taller than the other creature seen in the doorway, but slendy can stretch i suppose.
Still, could still be just a non-paranormal intruder.

Yeah, it isn't really... Slender-like? It's kinda looks like a giant caveman.
From the Slendercave, presumably.
-edit- Let me get my hopes up for a second.
Based on our pictures of the being, it doesn't really look like Slendy, so it's entirely possible that it might be an entirely different creature who we, as Slendy-savvy people, simply mistake for him.
I'd be an idealist if I didn't |: at everything I typed.
