I am still convinced the time thing on the construction cam is significant. I am not sure if it is inherent of Flash, but if I click rewind, it goes back one hour and if I go forward it goes back to your system time. If I go forward once more, the screen goes blank. If it is a quirck of flash (because it is a loop), ignore my question.. Confused I just want to make sure no stone goes unturned

Interesting.

Ok, is it just me, or does the date on the cam now read October 2nd: 2/10/03? Weird... It's "skipping" November 1st, and in it's place it displays October 2nd. In other words, if I set my system date to October 30th, the cam displays October 31st (31/10/03) just like it "should", but if I set it to October 31st - it says October 2nd (2/10/03). If I set it to November 1st, it then displays November 2nd (2/11/03) like it should.

If I change my system to November 2nd or beyond, it properly displays the date as one day later, but nothing I do is allowing the date to be November 1st --- ie 1/11/03.

Just a Flash glitch, or another clue?

just a stab in the dark ( God I love that phrase Razz )

Could the size of the flash be significant. 1953?

a Birthdate?
It was the showing date of the film Julius Caesar

Just one more thing - the main page of the Aquapolis flash says "Opening Winter 2004", yet the news section (from August 1st 2003) last mentions an opening in Fall 2004, and that construction is "ahead of schedule".

Winter 2004, I assume, means January-February of 2004, but Fall 2004 would be months later... perhaps October/November of that year. That's a pretty large discrepancy.

I think that^ went up fairly recently - I'm too lazy to check... it's in one of the threads, though; they posted that after either the first or the 2nd incident.

Hmm. I think it's more logical that Winter 2004 means ~December. I assumed that they were getting behind schedule....because, why would they open that much earlier? Well, if the ARG lasts that long, maybe they want to open during gameplay... Question

Yeah- I just went back and searched through some old Aquapolis threads, and found some of the stuff I've been talking about.

Another interesting thing I found was about Delos. This was the section of the Aquapolis that got flooded. Delos is actually a famous island in Mykonos. One of the links on the Aquapolis page goes here:

Mykonos Top attractions

and one of the pages on that site goes here:

History of Delos

The History of Delos has some interesting info... Perhaps there's a connection there.... or perhaps I'm just tired Wink

Clock

So, now the time stamp on the bottom of the Site Construction Cam is updated to November First. That HAS to mean something considering that we could not get it to read that no matter what we did with the system clocks on our computers

What it means, I have no idea. Anyone check the Aquapolis logs recently?

It could be right, depending on where you are in the world "winter 2004" could be summer in Greece, as defined by weather. Opening in Fall 2004 would be earlier than Winter ...... We need to look at what country they were referring, or advertising to.

I'm beginning to think that may have been nothing more than a flash calculation glitch, but nonetheless it's something to "keep in mind"

It's all the same in the northern hemisphere, which is where Greece is.

Just a few more things that haven't been mentioned about the 3 incidentlog photos of the guy under water. Not sure if any of this means anything, but I figured I'd mention it.

---The 3 pitctures are not the same dimensions:

Picture 1: 578x295
Picture 2: 586x289
Picture 3: 586x301

Why the size differences? This is further proof that the photos are not computer generated, but rather someone took photographs of a security screen.

--- The pictures are are wider than normal. When I resized the pictures to 640x480, they look much more appropriate. Why are they not "standard" TV 4x3 pictures? How does an image get stretched that much? One possiblity is that the pictures were not taken "straight" ahead toward the screen - they are taken at a significant angle either above or below the monitor. This could aslo presumably be to make sure that the photograhper didn't "catch himself" in the reflection on the screen.

--- The reflected lights in the photos are not in exactly the same position each time, which lends further to the idea that somebody made these by photographing a security screen.

And since I'm bored Razz

The Module Connection Tube photo looked to have a red "streak" running through the middle, so I photoshopped around a little and came up with this side by side comparison picture of the original and the color re-balanced image.

It doesn't look like much to me, but it confirmed that there is definitely a red streak running through the middle of the picture. Could be just coincidence, or perhaps not. Does the streak look at all familiar? It almost looks like waves crashing on a shore...

The message everybody got... said something about "Message to Marcus blah blah blah at 5:39..."
At that time exacly this guy was sort of dictating some sort of LOG (to marcus?), when the alarms go of... but... these last logs have the time about 2 something... so... that means some other accident happened?? no logs due the electrical problems?

What guy dictating logs? I don't know what that means, but if you're talking about the guy wth the English accent, I don't think we're 100% sure what he's talking about, let alone what time he's talking.

Bakntime, that red streak you found could also be TV static, including a horizontal bar you often get when taking photographs of TV-screens, don't you agree? This would support your theory...

And also, because Dina does this too, let's throw in a Bible-reference in relation to the 5:39 timestamp:

John 5
39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
