Anyone from the US plan on staying up for the release of space paranoids? I believe the countdown will get to zero in the early morning hours of thursday.

I make it 9pm UK time on Thursday, i.e. 4pm Eastern, 3pm Central, 1pm Pacific. No staying up until the wee hours needed.

Speaking on the other side of the planet.. I just realized: no wee hours for meee!!.. >:D :3

Well.. except that me and my good friends' reunion will change it's date to thursday noon.. dammit. Well anyway.. I would like to see what would happen no matter what. Anyone who has a hypercam or something would like to record the site just for the heck of the curiosity for the others?.. :] That would be lovely, y'know.

But I doubt it'll just stop 'till it all reaches zero though.. and it'll still be the same until you refresh it.. But the heck, who cares?! If you just manage to have a good heart to share it with the others, it will even be an honor just to. :D

Yeah... for me, at just after 10am on the West Coast, it's reading just under 3 days, 3 hours. That would seem to put the release time at 1pm Pacific on Thursday...

Too bad I'll be in line for Iron Man by then. Very Happy

Standing in line 11 hours? Already bought my tickets for IMAX, but there aint no way in hell I'm standing in line that long, and I'm a huge Marvel junkie... like a 30 year junkie. I'd consider waiting in line for Tron that long, but I doubt even that will be necessary.
Or are you going somewhere that has a showing earlier than midnight?

The time definitely did change.

As of a couple of days ago it was set to go off at 6am PDT on the 6th.
Now it's at 1pm PDT on the 5th.

I'm a line junkie. Waited about 15 hours each for the two Transformers films (I am, above all else, a TF fanboy), and my cumulative line wait for Star Wars Episode III was 36 hours. I'm planning on getting there for Iron Man around noon, for the midnight show. Very Happy

And my Tron wait will probably be more like 18 hours (6am arrival for a midnight show)...

I know you're in San Diego and all... But I still hope you're talking about an "In the mall" type line. Where I live, anything more than an hour or so in mid December temps and things start going numb.
(Not that I haven't pulled an all-night Black Friday or two.)

For light-up regular type Frisbee's search E-Bay for "tron throwing disc". For throwing rings more like what you see in Legacy search E-Bay for "aerobie". You could probably paint it and add glow in the dark paint or stickers or something.

Naw, outdoors. Unless it's raining, it'll probably be in the 50s... I'll just bundle up, get some hot chocolate for the morning, and I'll be fine.
