It's called brute forcing and is generally frowned upon here at uF. We are meant to get there by solving the puzzle. Brute forcing is a shortcut that diminishes the experience.
I dropped the noise in the notes section if this helps at all.

"Mr. Owl, how many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop!?"
"A good question. Let's find out. A One... A.two-HOO...A tha-three... *crunch* A Three!"
The world may never know...
And with that tidbit of stupidity, I can tell I should have been asleep a long time ago. Goodnight friends, look forward to waking up to your solves!

Okay I understand. But wait, didn't you "bruteforce" the sputnik code for one of the earlier transmissions?

Also called bruteforce, but different meaning/context. General rule of thumb is decompiling flash is used as a last resort when all other attempts at a solution have been exhausted and the PMs have been given a fair amount of time to address the situation.

Heh, guess Perdi and I can't count
They're making some interesting progress fitting the spectrogram together like a jigsaw puzzle on the CoDz forum.

i wrote this in the codzombies forum too but let me put it up here just incase it sparks a cell....
other then the tv looking more modern...
i also noticed there isnt a cord hanging from the wav box or whatever that is on top of the tv...
it used to hang over the top left corner of the tv with a shadow of it also on the tv...
just throwing it out there...
maybe their trying to get our attention and we have to look at that box on top of the tv for some reason...

i think i got it the basics of this COMPLETE THE FILE FIND SIG GIOVAN
the cipher key is nsam55
now according to the Vigenčre cipher there is a key a plaintext and a cipher text
so maybe you have to do something like this
COMPLETE THE FILE FIND SIG GIOVAN
nsam55na sam 55ns am55 nsa m55nsa
then find the cipher text or that is the cipher text and find the plaintext...

nsam 55 is this: http://www.jfklancer.com/NSAM55.html
It's how we got from notes to:
"Complete the file find sig giovan"
And i'm calling it a night, good luck everyone.

COMPLETE THE FILE FIND SIG GIOVAN does not need to be deciphered.
So it's something else with Sig Giovan. Not necessarily the Vigenčre cipher.
Also, who else has noticed that you can reset the password to gknova6SPLAT gmail.com if you get the secret answer correct?
It hasn't been like this for the previous transmissions. I've tried every time.
The secret question is "What is NOVA 6??"

allthough now that i think about it that wouldnt be used there..
(iTs Late and im blazed give me a break)
but for some reason i think we have to use the Vigenčre cipher...
thats a ruff draft for it never the less...
so it says complete the file find sig giovan...
and when you find him you find the Vigenčre cipher...
since everything else has been different ciphers i dont see why this wouldnt be the same...
this link was put up by fgsfds on the codz forum...
