Another copy of the memo, this time converted to B&W, to look more like the original document. Notice it appears to be faxed in some way?

Very nice Kaltern.

I'm waffling here, my instinct is to look for the file somewhere. But we're not supposed to find the file, we're supposed to complete it. And then find Sig Giovan.

Also, what's the piece in the top left corner supposed to represent?

cypher...?

Is it possible that the notes used could be written out to form a cypher?
ie: aaa bbb dd cccc, i'm not sure how to write out the notes you found, but it may be worth looking into

@Azure... maybe its [to] complete the file find sig giovan

If it was [to] complete the file find sig giovan, they probably would have included the to. But I could definitely be wrong about that.

The notes were a cipher, they decrypted to "complete the file find sig giovan"

Also Sig. appears to be Italian for Mr. so ... maybe that's not the right sig? I dunno...

It could be interpreted as to complete the file, we need to find Sig Giovan...

I'm not sure what else to do right now, I've been searching everywhere for that name and suchlike lol

I think the most important thing is that someone double check our work, specifically the last 2 words.

double check

@Azure,

last week on the CODZ forum some one had used a program to find the keys being used and what not... I would double check the work but I'm not sure how to go about doing so...

also do you know of a program to use to get the visual analysis of an audio file?

There are a few of us who use "Sonic Visualizer" if that helps...

Azure, how'd you go about finding the letter you had to post on Flickr, like not necessarily the clues but where'd you "input" them, were you googling or what? It's very similar to the one in the spectrogram we have here....

The CoDz people found it really. It was 4 messages posted by "X O" (acesquadronsampsSPLATgmail.com). Each message contained a rapidshare link to a compressed file, you had to have all 4 parts to decompress plus a password, the password was mason, from "May all servants of nihilism".

Forgot to mention the messages were found in the google groups, same place as the "NOVA TRUTHSEEKERS" messages.

Something else that is probably totally unrelated, but interesting...

This is in most of the transmissions, doesn't it look very much like a DNA sequence? It's the tone you hear before the cipher begins.
