 		Notice this is dated 1944??

What relevance will that have? and the Translation Dept dates are March 2nd/3rd 1968, signed by what I think is V.C. ?

I'd do it but i've posted enough. Kaltern or Samuel you should post it on the google groups rubbing it in Giovan's face that we cracked his files.
