 		[Trailhead] Sheoul is Back
Possible sequel to "And the King Will Walk" ARG?
Hey guys. Over the weekend I received 2 mysterious emails from sheoulSPLATmail.com. Both emails had a different image attached and I was hoping people could make heads or tails of them.

The first email said:

Guhn, usho.

The file "2.jpg" (see attachments) was attached to this email.

The second email said:

The file "sh.jpg" was attached to this email.

I have seen this language before: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=29335.
The language is known as "PhaeShull" and while I didn't get to actually learn it, I was able to pick up maybe a couple of words. For instance, "usho" = human.

I don't know why Sheoul is contacting me. He/she/it was supposed to return back to his/her/its dimension already. Maybe something went wrong. If so, I'd like to find out what.

So other than that, what else can these emails mean? I'm useless when it comes to steg. Can anyone help out? Thanks!

Also, sh.jpg clearly says "SHEOL IS BACK".

I can't see anything in 2.jpg.

 		I've taken a look at the contrasts and saturations on image 2 and if you look closely you can see what looks like a skull emerging from some kind of vortex.
From game #1 we can learn that Sheoul and other characters were demons from another world, they wanted us to help to summon their "king" in order to close the gap between our world and theirs. Perhaps this is something emerging from their world?

Just got another email from sheoulSPLATmail.com. No image this time, just text:

I don't recognize any of those words from the PhaeShull from last time. I have decided to answer back to this email asking "Is that you Sheoul?". I'll let you know if I get a response.

Do you guys see letters hidden in the message of the sh.jpg image? I see smaller letters written inside the big letters but they are too messy to make out.

Okay right after that last post I got 2 MORE emails from Sheoul (I didn't even have a chance to send that email asking if it was Sheoul!). Seems to be pretty active right now.

Okay got a reply from my "Is that you Sheoul?" email:

No. Not be Sheol. Be the demon come from the sky with a message to the Sheoul "wun doh"(one though??). Try a hard to tune memories "fam im"(from him??) but no work well. Something wrong some bad some no good write.


Uh my guess that he's another demon who knows Sheoul who is having a hard time tuning?

Have you guys tried contacting sheoulSPLATmail.com? Let me know if he responds to you guys.

Bhuta, by the way, is a low form of demon in Sheoul's world. Sheoul was a bhuta. Bhuta is explained here: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=696743#696743

 		Using my very rudimentary GIMP skills, I modified the "sh-eo-l" pics to make the images clearer. Someone else can probably do a better job but this is a start. XD

On the "eo" and "sh" pics there were some letters/symbols that were difficult to see before. Not sure of their relevance, tho.

 		Cool stuff Lystella. I'll have to try enhancing the pics when I get home.
In the brightened eo.jpg some words are hard to make out but I see "LIAR" in two places, and something that looks like "JERETIC" (heretic?) near the bottom. I see letters going down on both the left and right sides of the pic, but I don't really know if they form any words. Maybe "DIFFER"+something is the vertical word on the right?

 		I played around in Photoshop with the channel mixer and found that there might be a phrase near the bottom. To me it looks like "I can keep a secret" -- what do you all think?

 		I emailed him "be dey sheoul?"

This either means "be/are you sheoul" or "be/are they sheoul". Either should provoke a response (They are not Sheoul, I am, etc)
