ehh i wouldnt say its the point of the series. id say the point of the series is to always be able to give a good sense of fear in their videos, but introducing a new mask and a new girl and instantly make them the same person doesnt seem right to me.

exactly, if the creators wanted to show different masks they would do it better then under distortion. the past videos of masky have all been about just masky. its basic logic. why randomly put in a new masky and then give us another? looking at the past masks isnt going to help us on this video. the new mask is important yes, but the old one not so much. its still Tim >_> it better be

As much as I think that it'd be fantastic if the Skully mask belonged to Amy, I'm pretty well convinced that the 'blonde' colour that we're seeing is background, as it's similar in colour to the foreground circle framing him. Notice that Amy doesn't have roots with her blond hair, whereas we see a bit of 'sticky up' dark above the Skully mask. In Entry #9, Tim has significantly shorter hair than we see in any other entry... so it could be that Skully was a prototype mask for Tim, or else a mask that he was using specifically when targeting Alex. The mask that we're all familiar with could have been used specifically because Tim was targeting Jay, and thought that if Alex saw a new Masky face, there might be more than one kicking around.

In any case, I agree that the top three are probably the same mask. The third one down is definitely mask-like because of the lack of brows. If that was Jay's face, you would see them despite the amount of blur, I think!

Some things still don't add up.

First of all: Who sent J the tape?

It can't really be innocent Alex - he can't know where J is currently stationed. That was the whole point of him moving all the time.

Actually, it can hardly be Alex at all - even if he has some dark agenda we don't know about. Whoever sent J the tape would have to had stalked him for a while, or have supernatural powers. Alex with his girlfriend and cute little laptop and stuff, stalking J 24/7? I don't buy it. Supernatural powers? Let's leave that to our inpersonal characters, Slendy, TTA, and Masky, to an extent, for now, otherwise we might soon postulate J is superman in disguise. (Now, it is possible that, say, Alex = TTA = Masky -> Alex has supernatural powers. But that's the point: It's not ALEX who has them, it's TTA. The difference when knowing for certain is nonexistant, but in speculation, is huge).

So, Alex probably didn't send the tape. Who did? Well, TTA and/or Masky are the likely candidates. In that case, though, the tapes cannot be the Ark. I mean, he already had the damn tape, what would he want to send it to J for? It can hardly be Alex, since, having the tape, TTA would also know where Alex is...or was. The only halfway plausible scenario for that case would be if TTA found Alex's house, but Alex was already gone, and found only the tape. In which case...

JUST the tape? Lying around there? Hardly. Tape inside the Camera, surely. So, camera =|= Ark. Otherwise, whoever wants the Ark should be able to obtain it now.

Lastly, the "Help (x)" message at the end of the tape. This can by no means have been sent by innocent Alex (I'll just use the term for now, it's a good picture IMO). I mean, think about it. Ominously scribbled letters on a red background, with a slendycut, too. So You have time to... write an ominous, scary message, tape it, and send the tape to someone? Hey, why not send it just like that, and include a goddamn LETTER saying "See this? There's some weird shit going on here, I think You know about it by now and I need Your help. Here's my goddamn Adress." It just doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

So what do we make of it? To be honest, I dunno - You tell me. I have a train to catch in an hour and I still haven't finished packing

i wouldnt say the camera is the ark, nor the tape. if either were of any value, im sure J wouldnt of gotten the tape, and the camera being the ark just seems odd to me. i think the ark hasnt shown up yet.

Blind, when writing 'would of' you should be writing 'would have' or 'would've'. The former isn't right. (I've just seen that 'of' popping up often in your posts, and it's bothersome!)

Sylvine, your argument seems pretty sound... What if Alex mailed the tape off to Jay's and TTA intercepted it? I know that you say that the red paper and writing seems pretty round-about, but what if it was what he had on hand at the moment?

I'm guessing that even if it was something important, discovering footage that Alex being alive and while (for the time being) was probably more important to Jay just then!

Anarth, I was thinking something similar. It's either that TTA and Masky are more than one person, or that Masky and Slender Man are in league. I think that that's left purposefully ambiguous, though. I keep swinging back and forth. The way that they played Alex at the end, it seems less likely that he's TTA, and we have no other evidence, aside from that shift from 'we, us' to 'I'm, me' to give us indication. :\ Masky also seems to have some strange powers of his own, which would suggest that he's borrowing some of Slendy's abilities, somehow, or else isn't quite human anymore. But... we're not really given anything to make that clear!
