Speaking of a whole new load of new entries, do you think they'll do what they did for Part 1 and have the initial entries short and have it build up to the more longer and epic entries like they've done. Or do you think that these latest entries show what we can expect for Part 2.

Depends on what route they're taking, I imagine! Placing my bets on something short and sweet.

If Jay and/or Alex for some reason need to start documenting what is going on, or need to interact with the fanbase (in character, I mean,) then we'll probably get a short message like Introduction to bring us somewhat up to speed.

Actually, I can't think of any reason for there to be a longer episode. TTA doesn't make 'em long, and I can't see either of the main protagonists waxing about SM for more than a minute. Besides, there isn't really any good reason for a long episode except for the epic value, and if they can do that in a shorter amount of time, then it will have more punch anyways.
