[PUZZLE] Random's (.ypt) messages

The below is carried over from here

Anthrax101 has found that the missing sentence from silvia.ypt is
"aggressive party defies triumphantly". The message was generated by RoboPoet

Omnie has found the following sites that might have been used in generating Random's messages:

Random Depressing Goth Poem Generator

Random Sonnet Generator

Random Poetry Generator

(Omnie, am I missing anything?)

Probably worth having the messages here for easy reference.

carelessly.ypt
Code:
BUT A GRAVITY'S BORSCH-POO ON STUPID'S KITTIES STOMPS AROUND CAIRO.
DOGMA-LUNCHEON DOES SELL INDULGENCES!
BUT WHEN DO WE WEEP ANTIQUITY?
silvia.ypt
Code:
ignominious vowel whispers completely,
ignominious degeneration stoops awfully,
dingy degeneration sullies uncomfortably,
unhoped vein sighs finally,
soundless entry sucks irritably,
gray light whispers unholily,
ignominious life capitulates dryly,
soundless battle-axe overflows irritably,
aggressive concubine languishes sleeplessly,
sharp vortex exhales abruptly,
uniform sack capitulates hysterically,
perfect party falls undesirably,
baleful creationism overflows uncomfortably,
upright entry overflows completely,
vibrant corduroy overflows caressingly,
soundless language concocts completely,
concrete dream shrieks expectantly,
perfect condescension craves terribly,
dark chivalry usurps hypocritically
silvia2.ypt
Code:

Where does a man slide so quickly and brightly?
How are the houses?
The paper comes darkly through the clever sharks.
A hill falls.

We sadly build the sad fool
Because the beasts come behind the bottom balls.
Who do the cows come so sadly and cleverly?
What are the balls?
A table drags secretly above the high flowers.
The table writes.

If it worked once [Edit: IF it worked, we can't be sure that it's what we were supposed to find], can it be done again? I hoped so, but the sonnet generator unfortunately seems to be quite a bit more complicated than Robopoet...darn. I'll link to the source, and the four sub-sources, whatever those are called, but I'm afraid someone with some actual programming knowledge is going to have to take a look at this and see if anything could be done with it...

The thing is that it doesn't look like we have missing lines...so I don't even know what we would be looking for. Something abnormal that wouldn't be produced by the program, some change that Random made? Grr... Question

Sonnet Source
"sub-source" #1

#4

[Edit] I'm attaching the source for the Rafi Random Poetry Generator, it doesn't look nearly as complicated, although not as simple as the first one either...

I think if we could get the other half of a conversation with Random, it might help us to recognise some of what he's saying. Or at least give us an idea if we're getting warm.

So I've been moochin 'round looking for anything that might come close.

In "carelessly.mic", scratch states "I'm no poet, but you're no hacker"

General thinking is that this whole message is towards Caesar. But caesar hasn't done anything even slighty poetic. And he clearly IS a pretty good hacker. So what is Scratch comparing?

Could this line be to our guy (and his automated poetry), and could it be in response to something in "GRAVITY'S BORSCH-POO"? perhaps something about people who come later being crap or something?

So my premise;

Random arrives and says: "This hacking is easy, only an idiot wouldn't get that straight away"
Scratch arrives late and says: "Hey, I'm no good at your thing, don't be thinking you're any good at mine."

(gotta start somewhere, may as well be the beginning)

Hey all. Don't know if this will help at all. The second line of the Gravity's Borsch-Poo text seems to me to be referring to Martin Luther, who wrote his 95 Theses in protest of Catholic dogmas, specifically the issuing of indulgences. Also, every time I see the name Gravity's Borsch-Poo I can't help of thinking of the book Gravity's Rainbow by Thomas Pynchon, but that's probably nothing.

I was thinking along those lines also, but I can't think of what it may mean. The book is about a guy whose erections coincide with German bomb drops. The title refers to the vapor trail left by the rockets dropping over London, and is meant to refer to the rainbow left by God after the flood to symbolize his intention to never destroy the Earth again. Any ideas?

Maybe the person in Cairo has got a hard on for destroying the world? I don't know, I still think the Gravity's Rainbow thing is little tenuous, but what do I know?
