Hello all. I'm Nick (obviously) and I've been around since the Cloverfield days although I'm not as smart (or as quick) as the rest of you so you probably won't see me around much but I'll be in the background applauding all your efforts.

Hrm, I suppose now is as good a time as any to introduce myself.

I'm VeneficusArgent, as you can probably tell. Since that's a pain to type, you can shorten it any way you'd like. Or you can just call me Jennifer -- whichever is easier for you.

Like I've said previously, I'm completely new to the concept of ARGs. Basically, I was reading something the other day and it made mention of the term "alternative reality game" and I went "Huhnowwhat?" I did some further reading, and that lead me here.

Very good timing on my part, I'd say. Wink

Since I'm new, I don't expect I'll be able to contribute much. However, I do look forward to being thoroughly confused/awed by all of your combined brilliance.

Oh, and I don't have a favorite German word, as I only know, like... eight of them? Lovely language, though. I like hearing people speak it (or more frequently, hearing my opera loving friend sing in it), even though I don't have a clue what they're saying.

Hello all. Name is Jason, Im 35 yrs old and am about to celebrate my 2nd anniversary with my wonderful wife Alicia. I live in Orlando,Fl . Home of the future NBA champion Orlando Magic who are 8-0 so far and have swept the first two rounds, including emberrassing the Atlanta Hawks and setting a new record with average wins of 25+ points in the ATL series. My first ARG was the Cloverfield experience. Been playing around with Marble Hornets the last yr and now here i am. Saw Iron Man 2 opening night and wow, here was this awesome trailer that had me feeling like i did when i saw the first Transformers and there was this mysterious trailer that just said 1-18-08. We all know where that led. Im so waiting for what is to come with this wonderful Super 8. Ill be here daily and will provide any help i can. Made a few eye opening discoveries in Marble Hornets and hopefully my brain will be in working condition for Super 8 and ill try my hardest to figure out any mysteries that come about during this next year..

Hello, all.
I'm Doug. I got in on the original Cloverfield game about a week into the process, and spent way more time than my personal responsibilities should have ever allowed, pondering and speculating on every detail of that game. My self-appointed claim to fame in that game was being the first one to identify the Tagruato logo on the burning, wrecked ship in the 2nd Cloverfield trailer.

At any rate, I find myself being sucked into this thing. Now, though, instead of 7 months of shenanigans, it seems we could be facing a year's worth or more.

As long as I purge any expectation that the next 12 months of obsessive investigation will have any role in the actual movie itself, I should be OK. Shocked

Onward...
