Looks like the "bug" on the programming page worked. I have access to the employee only section of the site.

There's been a small message posted today on the internal part of the site:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
(5.31.2010) Though you may be working on this holiday, remember to send some Aguatero Waters along to the picnic you can't go to!

Not big, but still, interesting

Yeah, that wins the creeper award. You get pissed, so they cut off your water - a source of life? Nice.

Sales and Stock Response

Here are the answers I put for the Sales and Stock orientation

Quote:
Dear Mr Mack:
Below are my answers. I hope they satisfy the requirements.

Situation #1:

Each day you go to restock a gas station, you notice that a certain flavor of Aguatero Frutas is sold out. However, fewer bottles were sold than were stocked. What would you do?

First, I would recheck the numbers for inventory with the owner of the gas station, to maker sure I haven't made an error. I don't want to report something and then look foolish. When the numbers are verified, I report to Aguatero my suspicion of the gas station employees or owner swiping the Frutas product. I would NOT confront the owner, because I want them to fill their order that day. I will leave it up to Aguatero if we need to void the order.

Situation #2:

When restocking a vending machine on a college campus, you notice that the machine is significantly damaged. What is your next course of action?

I would finish restocking, but then stay a while, out of site, to observe the activity of students. If I see students damaging the machine, I would take pictures and give them to Aguatero. If I see nothing after an afternoon, I would inform Aguatero of what I saw on the machine and suggest surveillance cameras if they are not already there.

Situation #3:

Demand always seems to exceed the supply of a certain Aguatero Industries product at a supermarket. What do you do?

Encourage the supermarket to buy more, of course! We can always supply the supermarket with more, we have plenty.

Situation #4:

You're trying to convince a manager of a convenience store to try a new Aguatero Industries product. How do you convince him/her?

I would have the manager try the product. Once they have tried the product, they will understand how good it is and feel like they need to sell it to the others in their community.

Chris Chlorson: following are my training responses

Situation #1

A sample is collected. Its color is red-orange and tastes metallic. What conclusions can be formed?

Conclusion: Something other than the intended result (clear water) has been discovered. Although it is possible that the sample is contaminated further tests need to be done to determine what has caused the water to be non-clear. First hypothesis is that the water has levels of rust that has caused the water to be red-orange.
while the sample is being tested maintenance logs should be reviewed to ascertain if any damage to the supply lines has been done.

Situation #2

An area has an unusually high rate of mentally handicapped children. Nervous system disorders are also higher than average. What conclusions can be formed?

Conclusion: Not enough information is available to make a conclusion. Meaning is this in the south where inbreeding is common? is this in the north near nuclear plants, or west in a highly industrial area that could be releasing toxins in the air?

Situation #3

A sample is collected. It is clear colored and tastes sour. Plants watered with water from this source die quickly. What conclusions can be formed?

Conclusion: further tests should be done to determine is the plants are in an area with enough light, could a nearby electronics manufacturing plant be releasing toxic exhaust from the solder wave into the air and the deposits are collecting in the plant soil.

Situation #4

A groundwater sample is collected near an herbicide manufacturing plant. People throughout the area have an unusually high rate of cancer. What conclusions can be formed?

Conclusion: what if anything is wrong with the water?

Edit; Received a message from Chris

Totally and Randomly Awesome

I've been popping colors on that thing, but I'm not seeing any pattern. Other suggestions?

After sending in these answers

Quote:
Customer: My tap water smells strongly of chlorine. What should I do?
Aguatero Team Member: Aguatero takes great care to make all of our customer's water safe to drink. Our methods may include some slight and harmless chemical usage. If you feel uncomfortable with your current water supply, we can send a customer service representative to your home. Until then, enjoy some Aguatero Bottled Water.

Customer: I live near the Gulf of Mexico. Is my water safe to drink?
Aguatero Team Member: Aguatero's filters ensure premium quality water for all customers, and filters of equal capacity are used for Aguatero Bottled Water. Your water is as safe and clean as it is within our power to make it.

Customer: I'm paying triple what I paid last year for tap water. Is this how you treat your customers?!
Aguatero Team Member: Rates for areas may increase at any time, and water shortages are beyond Aguatero's control. Any and all extra costs will be used to improve your drinking experience for the future, with better quality, faster, and cheaper water supplies.

Customer: Your new "eco" bottles don't really help the environment. Your bottled water business is destroying the environment!
Aguatero Team Member: The bottled water market is very high in demand. Aguatero's eco-friendly bottles promote a greener drinking experience, without sacrificing comfort or convenience for our valued customers.

Customer: Thank you so much for your water products. They are just so delicious I have to drink four bottles per day!
Aguatero Team Member: We at Aguatero appreciate your continued support. If you do not already have it installed, Aguatero water for your home is equally delicious and satisfying, and saves you a trip to the store. If you like the sound of this offer, we can send a customer service representative to your home as soon as possible for a consultation.

I got this reply:

Quote:
Congratulations! You have the best responses for our training. We will be in touch.

-Cheryl Roberts

Best responses, eh? This could get interesting...

I received the following email just now:

Thank you. I just got a report of a mole right inside our own company. I will give you instructions as soon as I hear more.

Additionally, you have been granted access to the Team Member Center on our website. We will also look into getting you an Aguatero e-mail address.

The time is almost near.
