[TROUT] "PROCESSED BY KODAK DATE: TITLE:"
Can be another possible Clue

I Ran into this when i visited the Official website http://Super8-movie.com
. If you look closely the letters are shown. :ELTIT---:ETAD--- KADOK YB DESSECORP But by using the old mirror trick the words are clear. "PROCESSED BY KODAK DATE: TITLE:" I believe this might have to do something with the PDP-11 Sim. After you type .REENTER it will ask you MOUNT Continue Y/N? MOUNT WHAT? after typing "Y" it will ask DEVICE? Hmmm This is leading to believe its asking for FILM a certain type of Film that the SUPER 8 KODAK camera's used in the 1977's. or it is asking about a certain 1977 Super 8 Kodak Camera product... possibly the name or Serial number. i yet dont know.

it might be nothing but who knows.

A lot of what you have discussed has already been talked about in other threads. The general consensus seems to be that the "Processed by Kodak" doesn't mean anything, and that there isn't any other drive to mount yet. All the PDP-11 drive types have been identified and attempted, and those who have accessed the .swf imply that there currently isn't anything else in the file to find. You should try the search function in the future to avoid creating extra threads.

Welcome MrIzzy69!

A trout I'm afraid as it's already been discovered and posted (specifically here [Link]), but you'll come to love this fishy friend Wink

Check out the posting guidelines here [Link] which includes some handy hints on searching. Whilst you're in the vicinity, you could also step up and say hi in the Intro thread which is here [Link].

Hope you have fun with Super 8 Very Happy

[Edit]Hah! Damn you with your quick draw fishies Mr Euchre Wink

My take on this is that the letters are bold and bright red because they're easier to see than the letters in the trailer. I mean, if I had to lure people into this, I would make it blatantly obvious what you had to do to find the scariestthingieversaw site, and with the Kodac thing easy to piece together it would hint that you can do the same thing in the trailer. Did that make sense?

In short, it's just bait, bread crumbs or whatever you want to call it.
