My turn
It's google analytics, standard traffic and stats monitor. OOG.
Move along. Nothing to see here.
Dear Mods...
I think UF should seriously consider investing in a Troll emoticon. Speaks a thousand words.

And you really shouldn't post a bunch of HTML code on the forum, it messes with the board display and browsers as they attempt to make the web page out of it (which won't work).

You failed to sink the link, yet you flashed the fish.
Thus, I flounder thee!

Explain yourself. Lest there be a seafood duel at the O.K. Forum...
What link? It's GA code.

When you are performing a trouting - a declaration that a topic has been discussed before - you are supposed to provide a link to the post or whole thread where the topic was previously discussed. Without this, all you are telling someone is 'yeah yeah, we already talked about that' and not showing the conclusions reached. You are also being just as complacent and dismissive about searching for information and providing constructive feedback as the person you propose to trout.
If you didn't intend to declare that the topic had been discussed before, you completely misapplied the trout. That is as deserving of a flounder as not following the conventions of trouting.
The trout has the convention of providing a link to the previous discussion to make it a useful and effective tool for guiding new players to engage in the game effectively and respectfully. Using it as a bludgeon on new players is neither. Experienced players (or at least ambitious ones) are expected to know how to use the trout, and the flounder is the admonishment for not doing so.
Please note the trout and flounder emoticons are actually links to the glossary explaining the origins of the terms.

Hahahah...wow...there's a glossary for the fish? LMAO! Sorry, that's too funny. I didn't know there was a rule about posting a link...and god only knows what page it's on now ;p
So I officially clarify that the above GA code has been asked and discussed/dismissed previously and you can find it in one or more of the gazillion pages on one of these topics...but I'm sooo not going hunting for it.
Flounder tastes kinda like chicken!

Interesting... So, I was looking to maybe get a lead from Captain Coop this afternoon, so I emailed him the following:
Quote:
Captain Coop!
Poppeteer Lightyear Luke! here, and I'm hoping that you could tell me
how to respond with my answer to the Space Challenge on my candidate
acceptance letter! And by any chance, do the stars on those two USA
flags count as well? I can't wait to help you fight the Red Cozmo. How
can I start?
THANKS!
Lightyear Luke!
Sent at 2:42 PM. I *instantaneously* received a reply, the standard one as of late, quoted below:
Quote:
Sorry, kids!!! Captain "Coop" Cooper is out battling The Red Cozmo!
Become a certified Rocket Poppeteer Astronaut and join the race to
outer space!
Also received at 2:42 PM. I'm aware that this is the same reply we've been getting for a while, but in the past it took the PMs some time to respond to our emails, and with the differences we noticed it was pretty clear that the emails were being hand-crafted as they were sent out. Now, we're clearly getting an automated instant reply system. Different than before. Could just be they were sick of responding to each one, but I thought I'd mention that I got the reply instantly and that it's not clearly an auto-reply system, as opposed to the custom one offs we were getting before.

Instant reply Could be that Team JJ has figured that with the mailings of their invite to join Captain Coop that they are geared for a more concerted effort from fan boys/girls to their e-mail address and don't have the luxury/time to reply "personally" any longer.

Obviously, this is setting the date pre-1970 as we all thought. The Red Cozmo is obviously a reference to the Soviets in the space race. So, IMO, we are looking early 60s right now, as we landed on the moon in '69 signifying the end of the space race.

Can not believe it's been 41 years and we still don't have a moon base!

Regardless, today's anniversary is something for USA citizens to reflect on that is positive more than negative these days.

The Eagle has landed. I was only six-and-a-half but I remember watching on TV. Amazing times.

Isn't it amazing how 75% of americans are absolutely oblivious to this date? Shouldn't we be celebrating this date in time as one of the major accomplishments of all time... across the entire world? Yet, there's a cult following that celebrate the landing on the moon for what it really is... "one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."

Maybe because 75% of Americans think we should legalize pot, and incidentally 75% of Americans believe the moon landing was staged?
