that file you are having trouble opening is a disc image. You could mount it with daemon tools and see what's in it or you could use IMGBurn and burn it to a disc and check it out that way. Either way I think it's just coincidence.

I'm nowhere near the computer whiz that some folks here are, just thought it was an interesting fact that the caps and a NASA file were the only things that jibed. I'm deferring to Shizzire's conclusion that it's coincidence, but...

But... I didn't post anything?
The file format is called VICAR, and you will need software called ISIS to open it. The SW is available for Linux, if you want to try. Google will lead the way.

I do think this is OOG. If nothing else, you might learn something new.

I think... it was me? If it was a NASA file, it is probably OOG.

This is (unfortunately) the truth. It is safe to assume that NASA has more important shit to do than coordinate an ARG. Personally, I think they need a department that does nothing but.

I named myself Captain Captain, because, why not?
Also, did you guys send in your coupon with the maze included, or just the part it said to cut out?

I put the maze in too. It said to include it, so why not?

Can under 18s and people from England apply?

Also, I'm sort of thinking that only 8 will be accepted, hence "super 8".

Burning field

Sorry, I know you've probably moved on, but that map, with the key on the road, seems to have a hidden image on it... Not sure if anyone has noticed it or not... The field above the key image looks photoshopped, especially when compared to the Bing map Razz

The field, i'm guessing, has been turned over since the Bing snap, but if you zoom out so that it just about fills the map box area and blur your eyes a little, you can see what appears to be a human shaped figure lying down... I think it's a box, with something locked inside (hence the key underneath, and the strange 6628 number at the side of the key, a combination maybe?) Just look, for me, so I know I'm not crazy! There's a head on the left hand side and definite other features that suggest this.

Also, on this website, http://www.realwebsiteworth.com/rocketpoppeteers.com thought it was funny to see the name of a location to the left of where the RocketPopp's server supposedly is; "Surprise!"

Has anyone also noticed the giant dotted "X" on the field just down and to the right of the key? Not sure what significance, if any, any of this information has, just thought I'd share what's on my mind while we're waiting for this site to open it's doors!

- Ryan

You right, man, there’s a cros on the field below.

But I have already put forward this theory in the preceding pages (more on the fourth).

Have something in common between him and the images with noise from the teaser?

Though no one picked up when this idea and say it’s dead end. Today, I think that a field is most like a scorched. Not very well versed in agriculture, but in my opinion it is periodically done to give the land to rest and fertilize it with ashes from burnt plants.

Unfortunately this is only a preview. It does not open in high resolution. Use tinypics.com

Sorry about that;

That is a field in Bonham, the place where the train was headed toward, or away from.

Look at the top left.
