Here's a theory...
Alan Resnick helped create the adult swim video; he is also the creator of the youtube channel "alantutorial", which is in and of itself almost ARG-esque. The channel's videos begin with "Alan" making weird tutorials. If you watch the videos in order, a story progresses. You can read about it more on the wiki.
At one point in his series of videos, he knocks over a blue chair, and becomes very upset (here is the video).
In the point-and-click game on the Claridryl website, there is a knocked over chair in the lawn, and when you click on it, it plays weird music and it becomes night.

This could be a connection to the alantutorial series??

Still curious if anyone has made any progress.

I have a few notes myself-

From comparison of the video and the site, the chairs seem pretty ominous. There are three members of the family, yet no father, implying either a divorce, abandon, or death of him.
The interesting bit is that there are four chairs she shoots, implying four people killed; only the last falls over. This could be the missing husband, murdered before the events of the video.

Additionally, the body parts moving through the wall/floor in the closet/basement seem definitively masculine, possibly hinting at the husband as well. This is reinforced by her talking to the wall of the basement in the video, given that the head is present there. Potentially, the husband's body is concealed in the house.

Finally comes the interesting scene with the pictures. In the events of the video the mother draws over all of the images apart from the girl in the cheer outfit; this symbolizes something particularly special about that one, not evident initially.
Within the game, all the pictures have the associated scrawls on them, and if the player selects them they can scrawl on them as well. Right clicking on the image produces an option to save the image, something not offered elsewhere in the game. Saving the image as-is produces a blank .png file, with no code for anything in the image. However, the image seems to save the scribble, instead.
This could be a function of the program used, or it could be revealing something by simply creating a predetermined image.

Will be working to figure more out. Post if you have any feedback or insight.

Hello everybody. As stated above by aklreaxmer, there is a URL address in the source code of the main site ((www.adultswim.com/promotions/claridryl/); it is found on row #275 and it leads to a youtube video (http://tinyurl.com/kzzclb2). This one is entitled "dfatgytr" which might be a clue.

The name of the youtube channel "al;krjfgdonnaqped;onadn asdflkjeoihweroiknaasd" might be another clue that I cannot decypher. The same channel actually hosts another video; this second video is titled "untitled". Please notice that the two videos are not identical; the latter one is less blurry than the former - notice the person in the background.

PS-1. David Lynch would be proud of this... whatever it is.
PS-2. Even though I don't know it for sure, I think that this ARG (?) is not related to "alantutorial".

I can't believe nothing's come of this.

I've been looking through metadata of pictures and running them through filters and haven't been able to find anything. The only possible code to be broken is the name of the videos on the Youtube channel, it seems 'untitled' and 'dfatgytr' have the same number of letters and the same amount of consistent letters (two t's). If gfatgytr can be translated to untitled, perhaps that's a way to crack the title? 'al;krjfgdonnaqped;onadn asdflkjeoihweroiknaasd' It says donna in there a couple times and asdfjk doesn't seem to promising as a code, but aaah. (perhaps worth noting that T A K E L I F E is the same amount of letters as untitled and dfatgytr. perhaps)

Only other thing is the address on the house looks photoshopped, which in all probability is to hide the actual residence, but in any case it's 6506, if that means anything as far as codes go.

Another link to alantutorials, which although I agree are totally unrelated, the color scheme of yellow and blu being paired is consistent here as well (the present, play structure behind the house, the broom out back, the painting beside the gifts. Probably this is just alan preferring these colors and having the set be decorated that way, but still. The pen to scribble on the faces is blue, lots of that sort of thing.


Or when shooting the short they grabbed a couple BTS pictures to screw with everyone.

Hi guys,

So it seems that you cant click any of the tabs at the top of the screen i.e contact us, etc. And if you click on the woman and the two kids it changes to a table with bowls of food, flowers and a box of Claridry.
Something else, does anybody know what claridry actually is and what is does?

As far as I know, Claridryl is just a fake medication created for this infomercial

I'm pretty sure nothing more will come of this. Adult Swim makes these infomercials all the time and the style/content always changes.
