The use of HoL seemed kind of shoehorned and clunky but at the same time I enjoyed their confirming that it's more than a little relevant to the story. Makes me think maybe my theory on Vince leaving us prematurely might be more than just that.

We've got quite the team here. A leader who's unhealthily stubborn, an unstable sidekick with his own agenda, and a girl with all of the experience but none of the will to use it.

I can't see this ending any other way but badly.
But I guess that was sort of inevitable.

Time to look for evidence of Jeff interfering with things!

Son of a BITCH! I didn't even SEE Jeff there. I thought he was the silhouette standing further back, and I was like "wtf, how can they see tape?" and so I messed around with my brightness but I STILL couldn't see it because i was so focused on the other figure, so then I turned my brightness all the way up and LEANED RIGHT IN and BAM. Jeff's face just scared the crap out of me.

Well, that was pretty creepy overall, I'm fairly interested to find out what was on the flashdrive they picked up from the cover of House of Leaves, though we may find that it relates directly to the book, due to its location.

Speaking of House of Leaves, is it worth getting? I've heard some things about it, but I've never heard anyone discuss the good of the actual book =/

Serious point: I think the book's there just to serve as a reference.

Well that video gave me the creeps for sure. I didn't even notice the face with the purple tape until reading about it here - I was so focused on the silhouetted figure in the background the first time I watched it. Ugggh creepy.

I did find it really funny that Evan apparently doesn't know what a USB drive is. "Isn't this one of those microchip things??" That made me giggle.

During a bout of insomnia last night (but before I saw the video), I had a REALLY creepy thought - guys, THEY HAVE OUR ADDRESSES. They have our addresses, nobody has gotten a wristband, and Jeff is missing. My first thought would be how cool it would be if Jeff started sending players hints of where to find him, but then my brain went crazy from there - wouldn't it be nuts if Jeff was supposedly traveling to find whatever he's looking for, and players starting having sightings of him or whatever? Or if clues starting showing up around people's homes, and not just in their mailboxes? Hahah.

I know that's super creepy and unlikely, and it's not like I expect them to go there... but like, talk about interactive, right? Hahahah.

Can't wait to see where this is going.

Heybeesley, that is possibly the single most disturbing, yet awesome, ARG idea ever. Aside from the numerous legal snags, of course. But yeah, totally sweet.
I was going to say that someone should ask if the guys still have the list of addresses, but duh, it's gonna be on their email account and probably on a spreadsheet.
