 		Evan is exactly right about the film of Stephen King's Dreamcatcher. Specifically the "Scooby-Dooby-Doo" line. Someone tell him for me that it is easily one of the worst films I have ever seen, on par with Troll II.

I'm not sure what his reaction was, but you shouldn't feel bad. It's probably in character.

 		They react angrily (esp Evan) to any mention of the morse code videos. They insist they only get 404s when they click links to them.

 		On the parents issue I imagine it was more a quick idea how to explain it in the quickest way possible. I don't think it's supposed to be that the parents were always dead but with the level it's gotten too you need some explanation why the parents haven't done anything and with Alex likely being a minor there aren't many other viable explanations aside from that with Jeff looking after him. May have family that comes in to check on them, but I think you're probably overscrutunizing the previous sounds and voices for clues when they're likely gaffs that'll be assumed to be retconned with this development.

 		Gaffes, no biggie. I just thought it was odd that with Jeff and Alex AFK Evan explicitly said Alex pretends they're alive.

 		Ok, we've got to plan this out next time. The chat is a complete mess. I think we need to help them next time by getting ready for any other ustreams they do. We need to prepare our questions or something. Anything to keep this massive orgy of nonsense from happening again.

We should have a schedule! Like having everyone only ask one certain question for each 10 minute block until it is answered.

 		When will the archived video be up? I had to send an email with some questions...
Saying they 'pretend' the parents are still alive could be to explain when Alex mentions his parents (I know it was at least once). I doesn't necessarily mean they are living in a fantasy world, but that they try to put on a front because they don't want to reveal that personal info to every stranger on the internet.
EDIT: Oh, I hadn't realized it was still going on.
