It's because every. single time I had come up with some theories, (while catching up with the thread)- a corenthal letter was found that tore them all to shreds.

I really should go read them now though.


They're pretty interesting, but assuming you get the Vince part and the Habit stuff, theres not too much there answers wise.

@Anonymousity, Ish. I mean they are, but I feel like it could be a lot of things other than time traveling same people. I'm kinda thinking alternative Hybrids, like the Rake is alternative Evan or maybe their just relations of our crew. (I get the the time travel idea, but I'm waiting for more support other than Ark, which may or may not be IG)

 		Okay so I was thinking about something since Time/space really has no rhyme or reason in the story.

Evan we all know to be technologically challenged in such a way that it's adorable, what have you. HABIT we all say is a possession/personality issue. One of the two.

This theory I'm going with is going to be going with the latter specifically. Okay what if Evan is merely a split on the personality that has only been coming out for the last couple years etc, whereas the HABIT person has been there since the 70's in the doctors care to take care of the homicidal kiddie problem. Evan only coming out when needing to show a -sane- face to the Doctor at times. Thus why he doesn't know what a flash drive whatcha mawho is, doesn't know how to use computers really well, doesn't know anything but stab with knife really+ gaming. The boys have only known him since Sophomore year I believe they said?
So the main personality is HABIT, and Evan is the offshoot of that.

D: still needs work but I'm brain dead since it's now sunlight and I can't go to bed. ;-; Construction you evil thing you...

 		From what I can tell from the Ryan + 7trials video, RaspyEvan refers to "us" when talking to the empty chair. Alot of people seem to be assuming that he is "posessed" by Habit, but what if Habit is actually who he is talking to, and RaspyEvan is referring to those who Habit is manipulating? That would imply that Evan is legitamitely isane and not just posessed, or maybe even talking on behalf of something else.

Just a thought - I like to go against the grain whenever everyone assumes something afterall

While I like this theory too xD but doesn't he refer to himself as Evan also in that bit? Though batshitcrazyEvan would cover that too though

Also I updated my notes (see signature line) with info based on the new videos/tweets/etc. The plot thickens...

 		But then why bother to have the cell phone in the Rake's crawlspace/closet?
I see no reason that the Rake has to be serving anyone, Occam's razor, why have the third HABIT when the Rake could just be HABIT? Also then, why would the Rake serve HABIT in the first place? I feel like he has more motivation if he was HABITevan rather than serving HABITevan.

I have a few issues with the Rake = HABIT theory. First, the Rake doesn't seem to fit, personality-wise, with what we've seen of HABIT. HABIT is quite human, that's what makes it stand out among the other antagonists. The Rake seems like a feral beast, capable of some speech, but not of creating a Twitter account and managing a 200+ person online tournament.

Second, if the Rake and HABIT are the same, then what the hell is up with Evan in the latest video? Who's talking there? I think it makes the most sense for Evan to have a second personality (or have been possessed by something) called HABIT. What we saw of Crazy!Evan talking in the kitchen and what we've seen in HABIT's e-mails and tweets seem to match up more closely in terms of personality and tone.

There's flaws with both theories, I think. We need more information about... a lot of things, really. I still wish there were a way to get the entire cast in a room and have them share info. I think Damsel and Jeff, in particular, know things that they aren't talking about yet.

or it's a carefully laid out heist plan.

Wristbands; addresses/emails
Trials; emails/itemized list of prized/usually costly possessions. ;>

Match up with the ones you have addresses of and tada.

Would that mean we are dealing with essentially 4/5 antagonist in the end?
The four children+Habit unless he's one of the bad demons.

 		The Rake was made by the belief of some forgotten tribe and rained terrible terror upon people for many years, until he was forgotten, he lay dormant for a long time, like centuries, until someone uncovered and collected as much information on him as possible

and that person was Fairmount Evan, who, having understood the power of belief, created the Rake creepypasta. However he kept a secret, forged document that claimed he had control of the beast, and so it was true.

After years of studying the power of these tulpas, he stole away a child with the same name as him and planted a seed of his own mind within him, so that after his death he could continue his schemes

but little did he know that Slenderman, a new creation of belief had sprang forth to do battle

in

Slendermanzilla vs. Mothrake!

Of course there are flaws, we don't have much to go with. I'm speaking specifically about Fairmount HABITevan being the Rake. Who seems seriously feral. I also think we're not giving the Rake much credit, if only because we don't see much. (He also seem intellegent but feral in the original mythos as well). I think that twitter/SEVENTRIALS of HABIT, while intellegent, is also seriously feral.

I think that Evan was talking to Slenderman in that video (think the Slenderman OOG(?) video.)

I know I don't have much, but I am CONVINCED that the Rake is Fairmount Evan.

EDIT: @ endless_serpents, that would be EXCELLENT!

 		I just wanted to bring something to everyone's attention: In the HABIT's tweet last night, he told us that there were 231 of us, correct?

There were only 225 people on the EMail list.

If we discount Ryan, and #s 151, 152, and 153, that STILL leaves 227 people.

...we're missing 2 people from the mailing list.
