You know the idea that HABIT does or will know about the wiki IG is horrific because not only does it give him an equal playing field it still possible gives him a direct advantage. If anything we gave him another weapon to use against us and we all know what giving the potential or assumed enemy a weapon against you does.

Then again what if by giving the boys the extra info were equipping them with another weapon they didn't have, we might seal our fates but help the boys out somehow.

Also Gale what have you doneeeeeee!!! MOTHER OF GOD! Shocked Will we ever escape from this happening. No.

Listen, what are the current theories as to why he asked for five precious possessions?

A. We are to mail them to other RABBITS
B. We are to leave them for other RABBITS to find
C. We are to mail them to HABIT
D. We are to arrange them around us in some sort of ritual that will allow HABIT to better locate us

Those are the ones I remember at least

I'm gonna say he wants us to destroy them ourselves, to relish in our pain... hellraiser style.

There's also

E. We will be instructed to destroy one or more of them.

So another 15 pages later i think i'm caught up to EMH again. Seriously though, Thanks for keeping the wiki updated guys.. It's easy to get behind in their story (and even easier to get behind in the board) it's nice to have a go-to place to get caught up on everything.

I'm not sure if anyones covered this yet, but I noticed that Jeff, in one of his tweets, was talking in a way similar to HABITs... They both have put periods in between every word in a sentence. I'm sure this doesn't mean anything, but it just kinda jumped out to me and i thought i'd share it.. Razz
Well it was in response to his shock at HABIT's phantom tweets so I figured it was just him emphasizing his wtf reaction.

HABIT is hilarious. He lost in ominousness (is that a word?) but gained in personality for sure.

I don't know if he lost it, he just became ominous in a different way.

Slendy is ominous in that eldritch/force of nature way. He simply is, and you can't stop him. A Roland Emerich movie sort of ominous.

The Rake is ominous in an uncontrollable, unpredictable sort of way like a rabid dog, or an angry bear.

But HABIT... HABIT is ominous in that Chris Nolan's Joker, Hannibal Lechter way. He likes to think himself unstoppable like Slendy, he's definitely unpredictable like Rake, but he has the intelligence to tease you with both those qualities.

My theory has been he doesn't actually want us to do anything with the items, it was more to get a psychological profile on each of his rabbits.

However, this is only the first half of the first trial, so I could be wrong.

Okay, as the guy who wrote that long rant about the difficulty of following EMH, I absolutely love the new video. Done in such an awesome way ('Like we don't have enough on our platter...'), it's a really great idea, and I love that they care so much about the fans to make it easy enough for them to follow.

Now, I know it's not likely that this video was born out of them reading my post, but I'm going to believe it is, so shut up. And if it is, kudos to them for making such a calm and awesome video when they could have snapped at me/whoever else posted about it being difficult to follow.

Back in. Love EMH. Razz

HABIT is creepy because he's gleefully, humanly evil. Slendy and the Rake are alien, but HABIT we can identify with. We think he's funny in a twisted way; we can see some of him in us, and that makes him all the more frightening, when you think about it.

ANYWAY. On the subject of letting the guys see the wiki... one, as I said like a dozen pages back ( Wink ) I'm pretty sure that Jeff, at least, knew about it already. And two, I think it's more important for everyone to have information. If they're going to deal with Slendy and the Rake and HABIT and gods know what else, they need to know what they're up against. Yes, it seems very likely that HABIT is sharing brain space with Evan, but we can't let that stop us. If anything, Evan needs to know what's been going on, so that maybe he can regain control.

The second trial has been sent out.

Quote:
FROM YOUR PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED LIST OF FIVE CHERISHED ITEMS, CHOOSE ONE.

FILM YOURSELF PLACING IT IN A BAG AND BURYING IT, IN A FIELD OR IN THE WOODS.

MARK THE GRAVE, MAKE IT SNAPPY, RABBITS. PERHAPS A PIECE OF WOOD.

REMIND THEM: "HABIT MADE ME DO IT."

LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE BEHIND.

UPLOAD THE VIDEO TO YOUTUBE, WITH THE FOLLOWING TITLE: "THESEVENTRIALSOFHABIT - TRIAL ONE - PART 2/2 - RABBIT#xxx"

YOU MAY CHOOSE FOR IT TO BE PUBLIC OR UNLISTED.

SEND ME A LINK OF THE FINAL VIDEO, IN A NEW EMAIL MESSAGE, WITH YOUR NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT.

Hmm. Part two of trial one just arrived...

This might be tricky. I live in an urban area.

Totally predicted this. Very Happy

But crap. Now I need to a) find a way to get video from my camera to my computer.

B) find some woods and a way to get to them. Hmmm.

Is it strange that I'm gleefully excited to participate in this?

EDIT: I'm sure my excitement will wane later in the trials, but for now: FUN!
