I filmed the first part of my contribution tonight. Sadly, I will not be able to complete it until Saturday, when I will actually have time to get out to the woods. So I'll try to get my video up Saturday before I go out for a night of drinking and music.

 		Well. Haven't things gotten interesting. I already know what item I'm going to bury, and I've dug up my digital camera and tested its video recording capabilites. Guess I'll be stopping by the store tomorrow for a trowel and some paper bags.

Also, I'll never make fun of people using dim flashlights with handheld cameras again. My test run was of me walking around my (unlit) apartment with my super-bright LED flashlight- and in the video I can barely see anything. Sometimes I forget how poorly most cameras do in low light.

 		I'm so glad I live backed up to a big field now. However this whole item thing is killing me a bit, I'll do it but honestly each item means so much it hurts because all of them are associated to my friends and family.
