At one point a dude jumped out of the bushes. I was in the middle of nowhere (which is admittedly hard to do, where I live). He actually was lost but after I pointed him in the right direction, he surprisingly turned around and asked me out. I've never been asked out much less by a dude I randomly met in the forest two seconds earlier.
It took a lot to get rid of him- he was really persistant. I actually have video evidence of this too. He told me, as held a trowel, grave marker, and running camera, that I "seem like an interesting person". Really?

Hahaha, oh god. That is fantastic. I can't argue with him, though - running into someone in the middle of the woods with a grave marker, a digging tool, and a running camera is...pretty...interesting. I was so paranoid that there would be people at the park I went to who would be suspicious about the girl holding a camera with a big backpack, but it was completely deserted, so...that kind of made it a little scarier, actually.

I'm super nervous about running into cops or park rangers or something. I figure I'll just tell them it's for an art project if they ask what the hell I'm doing, but then they'll probably make me dig up my item afterwards... which would be bad... so hopefully I'll be able to dart into the woods, make with the burial, and then get away without being caught.

I rushed to bury mine because I'm pretty sure getting caught burying an object in the college's nature park while I am a student of that college probably isn't the best thing. But I don't even think we have security in there, and I saw absolutely no one the entire time (except a half-finished snowman, which is actually kind of creepy).

I wish I could've been home for this trial; it didn't snow and I know the woods nearby so it would've been easier to find a spot.

To be perfectly honest, I was in a state park, so I'm pretty sure I just commited a felony.
Actually, about the bush dude thing- I didn't really want to mention it before... but circumstances what they were, I couldn't really pass up the opportunity and I had a bit of fun with the situation.
Also, Rhiannon, it always weirds me out that you have the exact (rare) name as my best friend...

Yeah, I was in my college's nature park breaking some rules too. I ended my video when I heard somebody coming, but luckily it was just a jogger and she ignored me.

Yeah I had a nice story about how I was setting up a scavenger hunt. But I never ended up talking to anyone, despite constantly running into "ok this spot looks perfect, nobody arou-- shit what is that guy doing way the hell out here?"

I found the perfect spot, then out of nowhere I heard a dog bark. I left when my camera shit on itself, but the dog was still barking D:

I was surprised to see anyone even where I was. But I can't think of a better way to recommend EMH to someone than while filming a HABIT trial in the woods. Only a very very boring person would have gone home and NOT investigated.

This tournament is so cursed. I had a guy pull up beside me on the road -- I was looking away and I heard his car slow down and I was like 'please god no', but he then proceeded to roll down his window and ask me if I knew the location of a house that had burned down nearby. I thought for sure my house was going to be gone by the time I got back.

Well he didn't catch me burying anything, amazingly, in the four times he returned to bother me. I waited until I had been alone for awhile.
As for the fun, I've lost my nerve to explain. Hah.
Hi HABIT.

Maybe HABIT planned for you to run into that guy and tell us all about it so that we'd all be paranoid of HABIT agents watching us in future events, causing someone to lose their nerve, kill a homeless guy they accidentally meet, setting off a devastating chain of events in the justice system as they're put on trial, ending the careers of several important key political figures, allowing HABIT to take over a position in the government, where he will manipulate events to ensure the nuclear destruction of human life as we know it!

Still that guy sounded weird.
