So at around 8 seconds in, someone is talking whilst the camera is underwater. No idea what they're saying.
Also I doubt HABIT could be ANY of the main characters. For starters HABIT was a patient in the 70s. Unless there is some sort of time slip going on, I'd reckon our safest bet is that HABIT will come in to play at some point.........or he/she could be a family member of one of the characters. Damsel said her family died in a fire and that she'd encountered Slendy, it may not have been her who had to deal with him first. Any of the characters families could have dealt with Slendy. HABIT's medical records could have also just been a damn good find by Jeff.

The editing of tha last entry makes me very suspicious about a connection between that Dr. and Evan. First we hear Jeff talking about "some patient he treated once" followed by an immediate cut to Evan, looking at his Sketchbook full of insane scribblings.

It's clearly Evan wearing a fancy Bioshock shirt, at 0:53. I just rewatched it and Jeff actually tells the woman at the door that he wants to talk "about some friends of mine who may have been his patients at some time" before the cut to Evan.

e: I'm dumb, you're talking about the sketchbook. I agree with you. But maybe it's the one they took from Jeff's room.

e: Actually Evan is holding a pencil! Like he wants to add something. So it's his after all?

Didn't they find a notebook in Jeff's room? I figured it was that book Evan was looking through.

Edd Pritchard appears to be a real guy who writes for that paper (and is on Facebook with hundreds of friends) so it's probably just a coincidence that his contact info is in that article he wrote about the fire. I would be REALLY impressed if EMH reached out to him and said "hey if we give you fifty bucks will you say <X> if anyone calls asking about that hospital?" but I doubt he's involved.

The 1st gallery is almost sequential, and only pic #10 is not directly linked.
