I think it's from the ending of the Evangelion TV series, but it's been 8 years since I watched it, so I might be confusing it with some other anime's ending.

 		I'm trying to clarify who, but an anonymous user just posted the following to the wiki as a comment on the Timeline page:

"Recieved a disturbing message from HABIT: WHY HELLO THERE, MY DEAR LITTLE "FORMER" RABBIT. HOW'S LIFE? I DO MISS YOU SO, PLAYING MY LITTLE GAME. PERHAPS YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK? I COULD EASILY DISPOSE OF THAT SUBSTITUTE OF YOURS FOR YOU. I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON. AND, ABOUT MY SERVANT THAT IS YOUR FORMER FRIEND, HE IS A RATHER NAIVE ONE. HE THINKS I'LL REALLY LET HIM TAKE MY PLACE WHEN I DONE WITH YOU RABBITS, BUT HE WILL MEET AN UNFORTUNATE FATE, JUST LIKE THE RABBITS WILL. I WILL BE FILLED WITH MUCH GLEE WHEN THAT DAY ARRIVES. He claims to have, yeah, though there was no evidence of it when we were doing the address comparisons to determine who had gotten eliminated. I replied to the comment and asked his rabbit number and whether this had come directly from the HABIT gmail account.

I prefer the one where Jessa turns out to be half-eldritch horror, combines with Slenderman to create a massive Slender-like god, which brings about the Instrumentality of Mankind by exploding them into tang.
