So how come guy with the camera (vince?) didn't see Slendy just chillin' in the background? In other videos they see him and react but this one they apparently do not. I thought maybe he noticed because he kept panning over to him, but they didn't react. Was Slendy in stealth mode or something?

Here's my take on the guys' mindsets so far:

Jeff- Wounded and searching for a way to achieve some sort of closure; he was the guy trapped in the burning school, after all, and now someone he cares about is missing because of this whole thing

Vinny- Struggling to apply sense and rationality to a situation which contains neither; possibly trying to come to terms with the growing suspicion that his cute little "let's play around with the Slender Man mythos" idea may have backfired in the worst way possible

Evan- Angry more than anything else, and his aggressive nature places ending the threat above understanding it

On reflection, it does seem highly odd that relevant medical records would just be lying around inside a locker in a burned-out school, and now there's a note waiting around for the crew when they do a more thorough search (not to mention our favorite business-attire aficionado making an upside-down appearance). And Jeff states that there were a lot more papers around when he'd first been there. Is someone leading our boys along with informational breadcrumbs, and is someone else scrambling to keep them from following the trail?

For informational purposes, here is the best screenshot I was able to get of the note as Vinny held it up to the camera.

I believe that the most likely explanation is that someone (let's call them Lenny for now) is deliberately planting stuff for the crew to find.

Random thoughts:

EVAN: Evan is not the voice of reason, he's clearly the one to realize the situation, but also the one who's going the easy route down/snaps. I have this feeling he'll fail fighting. Also, blackandredandyellow (the colors of the german flag)... Well, he wears the grindhouse cap suspiciously!!! like bry on the tumblr. I say there's a 60% chance it's him, we only will know if somebody contacts him. Since nothing is accidental in EMH universe, the cap could be a clue. If not, then it is a red herring.

JEFF: I still wonder why the hell the guy isn't addressing the missing Jessa. He does talk about all that's going on and seems really fearless, but... shouldn't he address his missing girlfriend?

VINCE: obv. sleep deprived, else there's not much to him.

THE VIDEO: I can't hear bits, will listen again and then post thoughts.

SLENDY: He was REALLY out in the open, so I guess the guys didn't see him.
And there was another face in the distortion at one point.

I'm starting to get scared.

THE NOTE: So, the note - it says something that they haven't heard his warnings and now it is too late. Ad yes, it mentions "his black eyes", and it seems to be signed by somebody called Lenny or Laney.

The aquiline nose thing reminded me instantly of Dracula.

Dracula and Slondormons share a lot of commonalities: they both are like stalking shadows, and you don't know how deep you are until its too late.

The female vampires in Dracula stalked children, since they were the easiest to get.

Jeff could be talking about his missing girlfriend off-camera; after all, he does seem to be mostly talking about what happened at the school while on-camera.

I was wrong, frame-by-frame revealed it to be white frames/close-ups of slendy's suit.

I think some of the stuff that the camera shows us that's not there (Jeff and his brother with tape over their mouths) is sort of showing us what's going on in the background, what really happens (jeff keeping something from the guys).

So Slendy being there on those vids and then disappearing might be a hint at something that's behind it all...

Why didn't Jeff go out of his school as it was burning? Did Slendy torch it? Who is following those guys? Habit? "Leni" (Damsel??)??

As for Jessa: If I would be Jeff, I'd already started a #wheresjessa twitter campaign.
Also, wristbands...??

So that's that... I think we have to wait now, because really, the next video either well go into one of those directions: Slendy, Jessa, "Leni".

Around 2:02 when Vince pans up to the ceiling, I swear I see writing in white. "Look out" ...or..."Look not"...and...something else....or it could just have been random white streaks.
