The lack of major updates and the upcoming holidays are probably also helping. Just wait until we get a new video and there'll be forty pages in a day.

 		Well, the game also took a much needed pause. HABIT or not, the boys do their thing atm and probably also re-write the next few weeks of the story.

 		At this point the amount of altering done we've seen it could be very possible that that's what has happened with the parents angle.
Furthermore I wonder if some of the other characters we don't see as often recall things or were not affected the same way.
That could be a plausible thing as well you know.
Further mess with the fans and make us wonder who the real unreliable narrator(s) is(are).
It is slow but I'm glad they are doing this.
I'm waiting and it is a good kind of anticipation, like back when it took some time between the updates.
It also makes sense because holidays are a good distraction OOG and in-game.

 		They introduced the trials signup, new vid, and livestream over Thanksgiving holidays. I bet Xmas will have something come up.

yeah, but finals aren't over thanksgiving holidays. they may just need some time to chill and recuperate after all that rot. and christmas generally means traveling and/or being around family for long periods of time. they may just not have enough time to get shit together for awhile.
