Those hands look really out of proportion, they're HUGE.. i just watched it a second time and you're right, there is movement.

 		I was gonna make a comment on the hands myself. They were freaking me out a little, but I wasn't sure if I was actually seeing that movement. Now it's been confirmed, I feel less insane. Are any of their hallucinatory sketches online yet?

 		Nope. There isn't even a Twitter update that the new video is up. They'll probably update the Twitter when they post Part 2, along with any sketches they did and Evan's sleep journal.

If you look closely, the entire body is moving ever so slightly, just as would a person attempting to stand very still. It's difficult to notice that sort of thing in real-time, but in sped-up footage it stands out. That's definitely no mannequin.

 		Yeah the hands are defo moving, i dunno. still seems pretty fake to me! probs someone who just saw marble hornets and wanted to take it fame. STILL i like this quite alot though! nice to watch until they release part 2!

Except my keen eyes can see that Vince was in the shot at the same time that the suit popped up, and that you can see him next to Evan after he moves. You catch his green jacket in the right of the shot.

Oh, and on the words, the tape says "Can you see" "Can you see this," which I think means "Can't you see Slendy in your vids/pics/life? Here's right there dude!"

Also, at 2:18--2:23, I think that burn is supposed to be SM. And, right after, at 2:25, there is audio distortion. Oh, and at 2:52, does that burn on the mouse's back look like a...white face!? Shocked
(Of course, I might be overthinking things, but there must be some reason they mentioned it...)

Psst - that was a joke. It was a really bad joke, but it was a joke.

But yeah, I was referencing the computer screen. I googled "canyouseethewords" and got some Chinese site with a story or journal entry or something about a Nobel laureate in economics, so says Google translate. All I get when I separate the words are song lyrics.
