I registered just 'cause this video was that scary/creepy.

Point 1) That body looked, to my amatuer eye, kind of like Jessa. Which saddens me, she was kinda cute and happy. I think Jeff would've recognized her, but he was pretty quiet and freaked. Also, her face was covered, which could excuse not recognizing her.

Point 2) New girl, named Jessie? Related to Dr. Corenthal, who is her mothers brother. I have a theory that she will be a casualty of Slenderman soon. She's not integral to the story, but her death could be used to motivate the crew into investigating the Dr. more. I think she said he was wierd and she didn't see him much/ever.

Point 3) I looked, but couldn't really see Slenderman anywhere. I also tried to look at the graffiti, to see if there was anything interesting or related to Slenderman, but didn't see anything, did anyone else?

Point 4) Maybe White Crawly Man is what happens to people when Slenderman effects them waaay too much? I mean, most other people under his influence are 'normal' looking, but maybe eventually, this is what you get. A sort of proto-Slenderman thing. Just a thought.

...and that's all I got.

So now we have The Slender Man, Dr. Corenthal, and The Rake as proper "villains" in this story.

My friend brought up a very disturbing point about the videos the HYBRID crew can't see. We've all been operating on the notion that those videos are hidden from them by some sort of Slender Man Jedi Mind Trick.

...He thinks that we're all being influenced to see them when they aren't actually there, which is fantastically Metagame and utterly terrifying.

Well, my 2 cents:

As far as the body goes, the first thing I thought of was damsel. Also, the cuts of her arms are crocked and look like claw marks more that self inflicted wounds. When most people cut, they cut in a fairly straight line. These were parallel lines, but on a diagonal. Have some one grab your wrist and pull away, it will be at almost the same angle. The lack of blood either means it happened post mortem or that it was OOG mistake.

The fact that her fingers and nails are covered in blood could mean that she scratched herself (try doing it on your wrists and it will land in the same place) But this would only work it it happened to both wrists as you can't do your right wrist with your right hand.

They said that Jesse had be around before, an alias of Mitzy something-of-another. Anyone know where this is from?

And MaskyRake made me shit bricks, but then I thought of the Jersey Devil (I totally blame X-FILES for that one) But seeing as they are in Jersey...*is shot*

I also was keeping my eyes out for any areas covered in purple duct tape, but I didn't see any.

I am guessing the "We gotta go, gotta go, etc....." at the end was due to a Slendy appearance? (I am guessing they are at another location at this point because, first rake thingy and then the fact that they called the cops. They either called and high tailed it outta there or we're kicked out by cops because they could potentially contaminate a crime scene or taken to be questioned. I think its the first based on the title. Cops checked, no body. That implies they were not there to see that there was no body)

Finally, new video.... pretty damn spooky. a couple thoughts...

I don't think suicide girl was anyone the guys knew, not Damsel or Jessa. They would've recognized her and done something, despite how freaked they were. The 'actress' might have been Jessa or Damsel, but I don't think the character in question is meant to be her. They might just be short on female 'actresses' and reusing one of them in a position where they can hide her face.

I doubt that this new character is intended to be 'The Rake'... I have a funny feeling our naked crawling friend is HABIT, actually. Can't really justify that, aside from throwing out there the earlier suggestion someone else made that maybe that's what happens to you when you're thoroughly slenderized, and HABIT was indeed a slendyvictim, hence Corenthal's interest in him/her. Overall, it's a hunch more than anything. Also, it's definitely not slenderman. the proportions are too human. It's pale and featureless, but not at all slender or elongated.

I found some things weird, dialogue wise. Vin's reaction to spotting suicide girl struck me as really weird. Though he tends to have kind of a strange 'it's nothing' reaction to most of the bizarre shit they're finding. Jeff seems to kind of be in a bit of denial about Jessa's situation, too...

Also, Evan... man, that guy is bordering on the edge of awesomecrazy. "she's just gone... she's just fuckin' gone!" I'm really enjoying his character. Everyone always tries to remain 'rational' in these situations, regardless of how ridiculous that might be considering what they've seen. Evan's just taking it on with a helpless chuckle and a giant knife. That's what I call practicality.

Lambertville High School is supposed to be haunted, and it was twice gutted by fire. Seems appropriate enough for a mythos tie-in. The trip reports at Weird New Jersey seem grounded more in myth than actual history, as these things often are, but they're still pretty cool.

Some thoughts:

- white Operator symbol on the wall.

- the girl... I'm not too sure about it, but it looked like Jessa to me. Somebody has to write Jeff via twitter and see what he says (if he says something like "Different figure" or "different lips", we're sure it wasn't her).

- First time in ages I shat so many bricks. Laughing

This was terrifying.

- What exactly did the girl hold??

- What exactly goes on right at the end of the video?? Why does it just CUT OFF like that and why is that small part attached at the end??? Shocked

EDIT: The ending is Evan talking to the girl...? OK, he says whatch your step, se says something that actually sounds like "Lemme out", argues about something being dangerous?? And then somebody calling "Ya'll go"??

I'm pretty sure the way it's meant to play out is simultaneous footage from another camera that Evan and Jessie had while exploring; the 'we gotta go' bit at the end is where team Jeff/Vin run over to where ever they are and get them before running out of there as fast as they possibly can.

Also, somebody mentioned a white operator symbol.... If you mean the thing next to Jeff's head at about 5:52, then I'm pretty sure that's just a pentagram somebody previously spraypainted on the wall. the EMH guys haven't used the op symbol yet, and I'm kind of glad for that, considering how overused it is in tribe twelve.

Also, they mention... what was it, Lambrettaville?? Lambertaville?? They also mention it when they discuss the place.

Can I just say I love these guys? I mean, seriously, they're in the middle of a horror story so severe those that have survived have gone insane, they're staring at a corpse, and they're talking about poking it with a stick. If that's not the funniest black humor I've heard in a long time, I don't know what is.

As for the video, two things:

1.) Jessie? Have we seen or heard from her before? If not, this really wasn't the best time/place to introduce her. It seemed awfully half-assed.

2.) WTF WAS THAT?! I'm gonna go with either Habit or...I dunno, maybe that's what happened to Josh or Strahm.
