 		Jeez, i havent posten in a long time. but i have been keeping up with this.

First off, out of curiosity, who/what is HABIT? i saw that a couple pages back.

and just sayin, when i read "the Rake" story, that scared me more than when i first read about ol' slendy! and when i saw the ending in the new vid, i shat more that just bricks, i shat cinder blocks! which brings me to this...

Ive noticed many of you have theorized on whats going on at the ending when Jeff is heard sayin, "we gotta go, we gotta go!". i havent seen this so far, but if it has been already posted, please for give me. here we go... Dont you think that the crew could have taken two cameras? because, i think, the ending is evan and jessie, the new girl, exploring another part of that building. they most likely split up, as i heard jessie say something like that and Evan could be cam2, saying "yeah, its scooby doo. we'll be fine, the gay kid in the hankerchief will save us." THATS when, again my theory, jeff and vince come running in saying "we gotta go, we gotta go!". i think this little video snippet and the end is jeff and vince going to get the other two and leaving that place, because they are scared shitless from "whitey". this is just what was at the end of Evans tape.

theres my thoughts. sorreh if its already been posted.

I'm not sure, it seems I've forgotten the specifics, which is exactly why we need to get the wiki updated!

2. Agreed about 'The Rake'. I read it again last night and was marginally less scared than I was the first time, but he still creeps me out way more than Slendy.


3. I think we all agree that the gang split up/was carrying two cameras, and that the end footage was taken from Evan's (or Jessie's) camera.

Jeff mentioned Dr. Corenthal or whatever in one of the videos. Turns out, they made a page for him on Wikipedia, where a patient of his nicknamed 'HABIT' was mentioned. The wiki page was taken down, I think, but from there we're assuming HABIT is a very important player in the story.

Our first hint of Habit was his name inscribed on the back of a pendant that was in the second box that was retrieved (by someone on the Something Awful Forums) See it here. At the time no one realized it was a name. Then, as Grim Joker says Jeff named both Habit and Dr. Corenthal in the video named .-, which is one of the videos that the EMH guys can't see. Jeff mentions in "No hysterics. Not yet." that he had been arrested at an apartment complex after asking about some names that he found on the papers at his old school, which we assume to be Habit and Corenthal. The fake wikipedia page is still up, and habit gets named checked there as well.

From this, I assumed that the four minutes of black screen was a genuine OOG problem with Youtube encoding or something. If that were the case, though, they would still have had their own local copies of the intended video, and re-uploading would have been done in a timely manner. (I'm assuming the crew review and sign off on the videos before uploading them. That seems a fair assumption, doesn't it?)

Since a couple of days have passed with no re-upload, I think we can assume that the video that was pulled was exactly what we were intended to see.

So, what were we supposed to take from it? Just the ambiguous audio sample? And, maybe more importantly, what are we supposed to take from the fact that the video was pulled and not replaced?
