 		I think the "helpful" part was sort of meaning that they don't think knowing that an immortal, probably dangerous being is stalking them is not really helpful (apart from helping them stay awake).

I think it's in the most recent vid that they can't see.


in the video .-, around the one minute mark it shows Evan looking at Jeff's journal. It zooms in on the journal and shows a person in all white in a sorta crawling position. I'm pretty sure it is the the think in the video Cops checked, No body

I got curious and went to rewatch .-.

Yup, there's something that might look like that.

Also, until now I was sure the last shot, the one in the woods, was Jeff and Vin standing up and Evan rising from the ground.

It turns out that's not Vin, it's a girl... probably Jessa - I'm sure it's not from A Day In The Life if that is the case because Jessa wasn't dressed like that... actually that girl looks more like Jessie to me, but you see her just for sort of a second... I don't really know.

I think thats defiantly Jessa. Looks identical to her, unless Jessie is her clone.

 		Did everyone really think that it was Vin at the end? I know this'll sound bitchy but Jessa looks nothing like Vin, it was up long enough to see that it was Jessa.
Unless the Slendy hunting caused distraction and caused everyone to keep watching the background lol.....I have to say I have a habit of doing that nowadays.........not just in these videos either Shocked

Do you mean the hand going underneath the bed? (the hand also seen earlier at 0:37?) I used to think that was some victim, but it could be the rake-creature.

It's really only in focus for a second, so yeah, looking at the background, if you're expecting Vince there, Vince is what you'll think is there.

Actually, having watched it again, I notice
1) Vince is only ever seen underwater in that video
2) Evan is above the water, and is seen through it's surface from underneath.
3) it's one of the videos the hybrid guys can't see.

Almost sounds like two different voices or words in each channel. Tried to isolate each just with my headphones (don't have sound enhancement software) but couldn't make anything out. Creeeepy.

And what is the dark, vertical line near where the dog is scratching?? Is it something like a drawstring hanging down, or something on the wall itself??

I pulled the audio into Audacity. There's a weird bit that sounds like it should be reversed audio, but doesn't seem to be. I think that may be where they stopped recording the original sample. The pseudo-reverse makes a distinctive waveform that repeats, rather handily marking the point at which the audio repeats.

In the left channel, what I'm getting is

repeated over and over again. It sounds like there might be something between the end of that and the beginning of the next repetition, but I can't quite make it out.

The right channel is kind of interesting. It sounds like heavy breathing and maybe a word spoken in a different voice. On a hunch, I slowed one of the repetitions down. When I did that, it sounded like the same voice from the right channel with the word

If I'm hearing it right--and my ears do suck--this may lend credence to the theory that

Rake is EH's Masky, possibly more specifically a Silver Surfer-style Masky who tries to aid the intended victims behind his master's back


EDIT: Aaaand, just great. I have to be up early in the morning to do an open house for work, and there's no way I'm getting to sleep any time soon. Every time I close my eyes, I start thinking about Mr. Rake. Grr.

I don't think it is. Alex says "what" to Sparky(?) as the "brother" bit carries on.

*Edit* it also sounds like it's saying "come my brother" at the beginning then a few seconds later "I had a brother".
I also sent Alex a message asking him if he'd heard the "brother" whispers in the video and that rather than his dog being annoying and excitable, letting him know that she probably keeps hearing it in the night. Oh and whether that was a built in closet/wardrobe or whether the wall had a cavity there.

 		Registered after reading every post yesterday, 144 pages = wow.

I don't watch all the videos, as I'm trying to stay concentrated on whats happening without going insane with fear and making crackpot theories.

Anyway, this rake thing appears to me to just be too coincidental to pop in right now, I am gonna assume it is Habit. As just as that story gets started and jessie pops up.. then something looking like the rake shows up as well. Seem too much of a coincidence for me.
