 		Well, he is, and I take good writing/creepyness over showing stuff any day.

Think about it, Slendy showed up in the school and we are at 2/7 when it comes to boxes. If Slendy would be around now, shit would hit the fan for one month, and then there'd be nothing left. That was one of the flaws of MH, they had this part where they knew they couldn't go back on Slendy, yet had to find something else to show.

Only thing I think the show never delivered were THE WRISTBANDS!! WHERE ARE THEY?? *anger(not kenneth)*

 		I instead am pretty sure she's dead, but I really wish you're right. Dammit, I usually root for the evil guy in horror movies.

Also I'll stop spamming this thread and go back to normal life for a while, I need to de-slenderize my mind - I've consumed my eyes over this last video. I'm fairly sure there's nothing, except maybe the miny-Slendy Anonimousity posted. Those other weird things are probably me overthinking it.

Also-also, I still love the serie, and the "we the watchers are the ones seeing things" angle is very original. It has been going a bit slow in the last month or so, but then we had like, three videos in the span of how much, two weeks? I'm fairly sure it's either picking up speed or at least leading up to some twist.

If you're talking about http://www.ohiotrespassers.com - a quick whois tells me that it's registered by someone named Jay Brown from Akron, Ohio, and that it's been around since 2002... so I doubt that it was set up by the EMH crew.

http://www.forgottenoh.com was registered by Andy Henderson from Columbus, Ohio, also in 2002.


Yes, but if you look at, for example, the 'stark county' page on forgottenoh, where fairmount children's home is featured, -none- of the other articles on that page are anywhere near as long as the one for fairmount, and... unless I'm mistaken, when I checked from the main site just now, there seems to be -no- way to navigate to the fairmount page from the actual main page of the website. Which tells me that it's likely content created for the ARG-- I wouldn't put it past these guys to either buy up old domains that've been around for a while and defaulted, or to enlist some help from the actual site owners. I mean, they made a wikipedia article for Dr Corenthal... they think ahead with this stuff, and they're resourceful.

For reference, i'm talking about the page the Dr Corenthal wiki page links to directly: http://www.forgottenoh.com/Counties/Stark/fairmount.html

and this page, which you can get to only by clicking the 'back' link from the above page: http://www.forgottenoh.com/Counties/Stark/starkcounty.html

also interestingly, that page's 'back' link carries a broken geocities address.. what does this mean? no idea. but given that (unless I'm missing something, which is entirely possible) you can't navigate to either of those pages, one of which is linked to directly by a piece of ARG material, from anywhere else on the website, that they're produced and placed up there specifically for the ARG.

 		Biggest proof it is a set-up:

A privately run orphanage opened just outside Alliance in 1873 under this name. As the city expanded the Fairmount Children's Home was given a city address--6774 Union Street NE--and its population grew.
In the twentieth century, Fairmount garnered a reputation as a truly miserable place for unfortunate Ohio children to be sent, and this was mainly due to the ministrations of a particularly cruel headmaster. The headmaster beat the orphans mecilessly, even to the point of torture, and may have been responsible for the deaths of one or more. This was the story told in the orphanage's later years, at least; and they told about the night in 1944 when the children rose up in revolt against the sadistic headmaster and lynched him from a thick pipe in the basement.

After that, the dead headmaster would be seen standing over children's beds at night, or following them down the dim halls. Class photos taken of the orphans sometimes developed with his shadowy figure standing behind one child or another, seeming to menace him.

The hauntings continued after the orphanage was shut down and the house turned into a private home. In the late 1990s it was abandoned for a time, vandalized badly, and finally burned mysteriously to the ground. Signs of the haunted orphanage can still be seen on Union Street in Alliance.

If you're talking about forgottenoh.com, unfortunately, that's not true. Click Ohio Hauntings -> Stark County on the blue map (kinda mid-upper right). The very first link on the next page is Fairmount. It's very easy to find on the Trasspassers site as well.

Ahah. fair enough. this is why I shouldn't investigate things as soon as i get up in the morning. Very Happy still, though, other than that, my point stands. the fairmount article is the only one on that entire page with any level of real detail.

 		I think you are reading way too much into it, not that I can prove otherwise Smile There are just WAY too many Google hits on Fairmount Childrens Home for it to have been made up for an ARG by 3 random kids. There are literally hundreds of other hauntings on those sites, yeah Fairmount is relatively fleshed out but it's still only like 3 paragraphs. I think it's just the most interesting one and therefore easily found by the EMH guys to co-opt for their story, not the other way around.

I'll give them HUGE props if they actually went to that much effort but I tend to doubt it. Do we really not have any Ohioans in here who have ever heard of this place?

I don't have kick ass paint skills..but does anyone else see Slendy chilling here? I've circled and drew and arrow to where I think I see his chest area. The tie, etc. Maybe I'm just seeing things that aren't there?

also, when i saved it, it farked up the picture a little bit. Sad sorry.

Agreed. Honestly, I feel like if they wanted to include a visual of Tall, Pale and Handsome in the video they would have made it more obvious. There has never been a point in their videos thus far where he shows up as a speck in a corner someplace. He tends to be in plain sight, or at least part of him anyway.

Looking closer at the picture, you can tell that his head is circled. This says to me that perhaps either Jeff or Damsel is blaming Jessa's disappearance on Slendy Long Legs. 'Guilty' is written twice on the first line and three times on the second and third lines.


I watched the video again and put together where the distortion happens:

0:07 - Guitar sounds a bit weird, but it could just be the song.
0:08 - Stutter in audio.
0:20 - Loud audio distortion.
0:23 to 0:38 - Video with slightly distorted visuals. (Reminds me of Tim's odd shadow in Entry #17.)
0:29 - "someday you will die," pitch is distorted
0:49 - (the hint of a) "spark," loud distortion over the word
0:53 - flash to drawing
0:56 - "illuminate," stuttering audio
1:08 - (when your soul) "embarks," a stutter between "emb" and "arks"
1:12 - (I'll follow you) "into the dark," jumps over the D.

I tend to agree with Anonimousity. Maybe there's something, maybe there isn't - but it's really hard to tell, and usually the Slendy cameos have been pretty blatant in these videos, both when they were done on purpose and when they weren't.

The GUILTY thing - the first thing that popped into my head is, if it is indeed talking about Jeff and not Jessa, that

Does the shirt on the faceless dude remind anybody else of the uniform convicts used to wear? With the black and white stripes? (That, or a pijama Razz ). So somebody who is guilty, or at least has been found guilty of something...
