After seeing the video with the pictures of him and Jessa, i'd say he is one LUCKY BASTARD!

Apart from the whole being stalked by Slender Rake and Jessa disappearing, right?

I am liking Centralia as the land of ashen waste. It's a reasonable distance for location shooting, and it looks like it might provide some great natural imagery. The fact that it sounds familiar to Jeff is promising.

Out of the blue, I started wondering again about the bit at 19:34 in the June 11 ustream, where it looks like somebody in purple pants rolls or falls into the doorway and then is dragged back out of the visible area. Vince put on his Viking hat to investigate and said everything was cool. Did anything ever develop from that or is it just an enigma for the ages?

Also, I'm hoping Damsel's queued post shows up soon. It's already been 48 hours; how long could she have expected to be detained?

Wow. I hadn't seen that before.

Pardon me, I'm having a mild fearseizure over here. All will be well in a moment.

There is something bothering me.

In Reunion, when you can see Slenderman in the distortion, and then behind them...it did nothing to them. It didn't attack them or do anything to screw with them or haunt them. It didn't lead them to anything like it did in Jokes Over. Why?

What is the point here? What is the end game, the goal? Is Slenderman taunting them until the inevitable kill?

I don't think so.

I think in the case of this story, I think the presense of this supernatural being is actually showing us that ALL of these people are crazy, and that they've done terrible things. Things they've forgotten in their psychotic episodes. I'm ready to accept that Alex killed Jessa, and doesn't remember doing it in some sort of psychotic moment. Slenderman may ultimately punish these people, but only after they've realized what they've done.

I like the way you are thinking, but you lost me at "Alex killed Jessa."

...What.

No, it makes perfect sense! Remember the video where Alex was driving a bus through the DMZ, and everybody had to be quiet so as not to attract enemy fire, but Slenderman was holding a chicken that wouldn't stop clucking? And Alex was nervous, and got mad, and started yelling at Slenderman to kill the chicken? And then he did? Well, it's going to turn out that it wasn't a chicken at all, but that it was Jessa whimpering, and that Alex made Slenderman kill Jessa to save the bus but is distorting the memory because of his guilt.

Wait, that was the ending of MASH. Never mind.

Seriously, hasn't it been established in pretty much every Slenderseries that the Man in Black does a lot more lurking than acting? The idea that Slenders in EH is acting as sort of a spirt of guilt--like the DCU's Spectre, maybe--has some appeal, but I don't think there's anything to really justify it.

I just rewatched the "does anyone else's dog do this" video on Alex's channel. So far I've made out that the "female" voice, which sounds a lot like Jessa, is saying "lemme out, I can't breathe, oh no".................or at least thats what I'm hearing. Anyways, I'm still questioning Alex about whether or not he can see the "...", "---" and the ".-" videos. I'll keep asking him about what he saw in the videos and post anything relevant if I can get any info out of him.

Mattwan made me Lol.

So in other words, SLENDERMAN IS SILENT HILL!!!

Which actually almost makes sense. In a broad scope, in the context of EMH not so much.

Daaamn, that's an interesting theory. I wouldn't discredit it, I mean, look at what happened with Damien. The same thing could be happening here o.O

This is pretty late, but on Tumblr, you can set certain posts to be published on pre-determined dates. This is probably what Damsel did, instead of adding it to her post queue, since that can only be set for a day. When you click the "publish on.." the default setting it brings up is a week, but I'm not sure how far into the future it actually goes.

Oh my...How did we miss this? Quickly! Somebody get the box set of MASH episodes, we must scan it for more appearances!

In all seriousness, I can sort of see what he is saying. There are all these deaths attributed to Slender Man(Logan, various dead peoples in Seeking The Truth, lots o' people in Dreams in Darkness, and the missing cast members from Marble Hornets), but we've never actually seen him do anything. It may be that he doesn't do anything, or that sometimes it's just easier/more entertaining for him to prompt people to self-destruct.

I hate this laptop, I want mine baaaack

Ok, 78of76 is not a dream. I still think it's not from A Day, but it's just a sensation.

I'm going to come out and say I don't think Centralia is the Land of Ashen Waste. But I have no way to explaing why. Embarassed

About Damsel, yes, I'm pretty sure the post-queue lets you put up any date you like - which is why we shouldn't count on that explanation coming too soon IMHO. Also, remember she said she left a 'passage', not a message, and she's got a history of crypticness - what are the odds it's another Bible quote about the Flood? Seriously, I wouldn't be waiting with baited breath if I was you...

...but I hope I'm wrong. We're kind of grasping at straws here.

So Alex got back to me about the videos that the guys can't see..........he can't see them either. He's also got no idea what the crawling creature was in the no body video.
