While the "From the future" theory, I think it's one time paradox thingie. They can't see because one of them, is sending back those videos.

The shit got too real, one (or more) survived and somehow is sending those to the past. The EMH crew can't see it, because it's a way that the Reality/Universe/Timeline (as a being, hence the capitals) to protect itself from logical loops (seeing it would alter their future directly, that would prevend the movie from being sent, that would prevent them for being saved, that would [you should catch it by now]).

We can see and influence them, and that's okay by any motives that we can't explain (magic?).[/youtube]

So someone on the EMH Character list is sending us the viewers future videos to warn EMH of their future endeavors.... So that means that this someone can time travel....

So... There's SlenderMan,The Rake,Time-Travel and even maybe Zalgo..

Not like travelling. Just affecting past. Like that movie with the guy who talks to his father in the past using a radio. That would explain why it is messed in the first attempts and now is really clear.

Old videos - I'm 85% certain they're not from the future. Some reasons why:

- if they were sent, then they could see them as well. Sure, time paradox and all, but once something is sent back, it's out there.
- the videos describe some bits that aren't necessarily from the future, but seem to happen now (Alex & jeff in the door with purple tape over their mouths, the boys discussing stuff, the stuff with the house). Those things did happen, and thus should be seen by them. Time paradox or not, the bit in the ustream where somebody is thrown/crawls into the room is also invisible to them, and it definitely was to us.

One important thing to remember here is the HoL-link the boys made. One way or another, we are made to see something they can't. To make this "videos from the future" would lessen the suspense of what is to happen and would cross logical borders (ustream, scene with Jeff&Alex+Purple tape, "hidden" videos).

And we have to remember the way those videos are made - the feel and look of them indicated that they are not "man-edited".

I think the only possible explanation is that they either are memories by the EMH crew made "available" to us, or that we think we see them, yet they're not there. Even though I like to analyze and theorize, everything else doesn't make much sense.
Personally, I stick to the first theory, due to the feeling of the videos. It's jumping around between themes, ideas, things that happened, music... it's like stream-of-conscience. Sort of like the Ring video.

Ok. I think the link was knackered. Told Alex to look for magnus' youtube channel and he's now seen the vid. Thinks it's freaky. I've told him that I'm in 2 minds as to whether it's Jessa or not as it's too dark to tell and she doesn't act like herself at all. I'll ask him if he can see Twig Man watching from the roof of the shed.
