 		hi, gave in and logged in on shitty computer
So... I got to page 228 of the bickering. Am I going to miss some major development if I ignore all pages from there on and jump in rn? I've already gotten the extra videos and the youtube channels.

@Unwanted4Murder: TvTropes has an entry for that (lol, it has an entry for everything), Sure Why Not. I used to do this all the time when I told stories to my sister. Not saying it's what happened, but I like your theory.

Yeah, i used my dog as a healer too. Works but in this case, my cut, once it semi-closes up, any movement "her licking it" tears it instantly and starts gushing again"

So its not just whilst he's asleep. That puts my mind to rest about something feasting on him at night scaring Sparky.

I think he'd use movie make up tbh. He's a gore fiend like me so I think it'd be something he'd enjoy doing lol.

 		Okay so I've been messaging Alex for the past few days. He hasn't said anything that striked me as odd or off, just things he's already said in other messages. But I think he might've sent me the wrong message, intended for someone else. Hahaha.

 		Thanks for the update Didz! I'm still a little puzzled about the cuts he got. What purpose does that serve? As far as I know, there is no such thing as a close call with these beings. If they want you, they got you. Could it be a form of infection? Maybe it is just to demonstrate the imminent danger and I'm reading too much into it, but that doesn't feel right somehow.

A small theory regarding Jessa:
When I first watched the videos, I always thought that her face was the only one not burnt out because she was the first victim. It would be too obvious to burn her face out... so instead they burned everyone else's.

Edit: In response to Arc, maybe it's just a mark of the beast kind of thing. The Rake could have possibly left his mark on Alex, signifying him as a target... after all, these creatures do specialize in psychological trauma before they eventually kill you.

Personally I think it's just Sparky scratching him in fear. Trying to wake him up so that if anything happens he can get straight out of there.

 		The only problem with that, Didz, is that I don't think a dog would scratch an owner to the point where he needed stitches... but on the other hand, you'd think that Sparky would be going a little nuts over a strange creature coming into his room and scratching his owner.

And Derek, feel free to post any pertinent information. It's always nice to get some background information, especially if it helps us reach a more solid conclusion.

furthermore, if you look at the contest details, the last day for submissions was October 8, the same day the videos were posted. Pretty sure they held out on releasing them as long as possible hoping that by this point, their fans would be able to distinguish IG from OOG. Obviously, many couldn't..

I'm not going to argue about this anymore, so If anyone responds to this and tries to argue, I'm simply going to ignore it-- I just wanted to put things in perspective. debating this is an enormous waste of time.

Now that that's dealt with.... woo, roadtrip to Brooklyn. I really didn't think that one article that was found was the key, but I guess I was wrong. Nice work on the person that found that, and whoever sent it to the boys.

Also, I'm certain Jeff's optimism is leading up to some utterly horrific event.


Why do you say they weren't IG as if you were some sort of authority? It reminds me of a poster who earlier suggested a moderator bring an end to the debate. They would have just as powerful an opinion as you, which is to say, the same as anyone else's.

Both videos not only reference EMH -- they use.. well, frankly, it's been stated far too many times. They use almost every element of EMH. Logically (at least to me, apparently), what would follow is that because so many elements are the same (not similar -- the same.), it has some place in canon.

The contest's last day of submission and the boys' lack of response is in no way fully indicative of a rejection from said canon. The guys are smart. I think we all know that. They wouldn't submit videos like this in the middle of their ongoing ARG just for the sake of winning some Youtube contest. I see it as more of a tool they used to give it to us without the ingame EMH cast necessarily knowing about it. It's been brought up that people make mistakes. Well, pardon my French, but no shit. That doesn't make the crew a bunch of morons. They know the power of this medium (the internet). They based their series on a figure that got its start from that power in the first place, for dog's sake!

So don't say it's not up for debate so conceitedly. There's no need for that.

I think it depends on a couple of things. What does he sleep in? if nothing then what else could she had done to have woken him? and How deep does he sleep? If he comas rather than sleeps lightly it can be a nightmare to wake him up. My dog has nipped me at one point when he's heard something downstairs and he's been shut in our room with us. I sleep like a coma patient a lot of the time so the best way to wake me is to nip me.
