Ok, seriously, leave them alone. I am certain they appreciate our interest in them and all but it is not as though they have not used IG ways to hang out with us/goof around. (I.E. Usteams) They left their return address off the package they sent me for a reason. They like out dedication but WE ARE STILL just a bunchof people on the tubes of the net and there is a fine line between "appreciation" and "stalking". Also, they, on the first moment of annoyance, can kill the whole series.

The word "stalking" gets thrown around a little too often and pretty haphazardly by people of the Facebook generation. If you have a Facebook, you should be ready to accept that random people you don't know are going to try to add you as a friend for one reason or another. If you run a web series with a dedicated following on the most popular video site on the net in which you use your real first names, you should be ready to accept that, to a certain degree, you've made your personal life public, rather you like it or not.

If someone adds them on facebook and they don't want that level of communication with their fans, they can just deny the request and be on their merry way, no harm done. There is no malicious intent in trying to make Internet friends guys, it's part of why facebook can be so fascinating.

tl;dr if you don't want someone "stalking" you on facebook, you probably won't have one in the first place.

P.S. If the guys do end up accepting any requests don't pester them about HYBRID stuff, believe it or not, their lives probably don't revolve around it as much as ours do.

Maybe because everyone and their brother is asking him about it? I know if I had to keep giving information on the same thing to like, five different people, I'd start giving them the abridged version.

"Idk lol" certainly is an abridged version Rolling Eyes

But seriously, he's the one who brought it up, left me clear open to ask more questions.

'idk lol' is a realistic response. If I had no idea why my dog scratched me, I too would go 'idk lol'

Well from what he's said to me, he's just had a really busy weekend. Occasionally you'll get a really short answer from him because obviously he can't give too much away. I don't think it's the fact that he's being messaged by numerous people that's causing him to give short messages. He has been mentioning he's been busy this weekend a lot so I've asked him what he's been up to as a general conversation question rather than digging for info.
Anyways, my point in that there's no point in pissing around arguing. We're all working on this together aren't we? At least if I go into labour and have to spend time in hospital again there's someone else Alex is happy to message.

Important bit: Did you send them the links to both videos??
Because if not, he really may not know what you are talking about.

The two videos, how they came about and their release/take down really confuse me too... it goes against everything I have stablished in my official Rulebook of Slenderfiction!! Evil or Very Mad

One thing that puzzles me with WttA BTW - in the beginning, Jeff watches an EMH-video. Asked about it, he says it is "some fitness series" and that he is looking for clues. What the fuck??

It's possible that their experiences with Slender Man has begun to affect their memories, particularly Jeff's, a la Marble Hornets. Jeff not recognizing the series as his own work might be a symptom of this?

Off topic, if any of you read Cracked I decided to go ahead and write a topic page which can be found here if anyone would like to read for hopefully a laugh or two. Feedback would be appreciated.

Actually this may be more than possible. If the alternate timelines/future videos theories aren't right, our best bet would be those videos happened and they don't remember them. Or something. Doesn't explain why they can't see them, though.

Also! Just got a theory. Do you guys remember the circumstances around Jessa's disappearance? Was it overnight (in a sense)? If so, we actually might be dealing with The Rake here.

If I recall correctly, we never got any information on the circumstances of Jessa's disappearance. It looks like she just up and vanished, and from what I can tell nobody IG knows exactly when it was.

(Well, I guess *somebody* IG knows when it was. Jessa's captor would know, and if Jessa's still capable of knowing things then she'd know. Possibly even Damsel knows more than she's letting on. I don't think and of that has been communicated to the audience or the EMH guys, though.)

Okay, so I have a couple questions cos I haven't really been following this as much as I used to.

Who or what is "WttA"?

And what are the EMH guy's facebook names? I don't want to add them, I just wan't to be like: OMG THATS ONE OF THEM or something like that. Iv'e always tried to search for Troy and Joseph just to do the same above, but I can never find them Confused

Welcome to the ARK, one of the videos posted on the alternate accounts. I never got to see that one, but from what I can gather it had The Rake in it.

Ah, alright. Thanks anyway- I guess the theory still kind of holds.

Just rewatched the first half of Cops Checked No Body- I don't think anyone mentioned (as I read the pages from right after it came out) that the song that starts playing after "The Rake's Song" is "My Boy Builds Coffins" by Florence + The Machine. Although it only plays the intro before skipping to the next song, so I don't know if it means anything- although maybe it's referring to Jeff and Jessa?

(The Decemberists, Florence + The Machine and Death Cab for Cutie? The EMH guys have my music taste!)

It got taken down after we all started flipping out about it.

It was pretty much Evan with the camera in the basement from episode... five, I think, Jeff watching the Introduction video on his laptop, and Vince looking at some picture and crying. Evan cracks a joke about the video, and you see that Jeff's arm is hurt and wrapped up with gauze and purple tape. Evan then walks over to Vince and startles him, which triggers some flashbacks to the Slender Man video. Evan tries to make a joke to distract him, and then Vince takes the camera. You see that Vince's leg is hurt and is wrapped up in gauze in purple tape. You see Evan for a brief moment, and his neck is hurt in the same way. Jeff then complains that his laptop is dead, and Evan and Vince try to tell him that it's probably for the best, and that he's looking for clues that aren't there. They then begin to discuss how 'the Doctor and the girls' disappeared despite being there just before, and Vince discusses how there isn't anybody outside anymore and the sun hasn't come up in three days. There's a quick cut to someone filming out of a window at dusk, and there are some intense storm clouds on the horizon. Cut back to the basement, and the lights suddenly go out, and you hear the Rake whispering. Vince goes 'Oh, not good, not good' and Evan starts yelling 'It's back, get upstairs!' and Vince gets a glimpse of The Rake crawling behind some boxes. They all run upstairs, but Evan is caught on/by something, and so Vince and Jeff try to pull him out, but Jeff is suddenly grabbed by something and dragged off into the darkness screaming while we hear some pretty creepy Rake(?) sounds. Then it says 'Love, EverymanHYBRID on it' and that's the end.

It was worth the watch.

^this^ is actually the best synopsis I've seen of that video. And it maintains the actual feel of the video too.
I shat a house at that video. I wish I'd had the forethought to keep it to be able to re-up it and/or rewatch it over and over again.

I actually thought it might get taken down, so in my wisdom I...

Added it to my Youtube favorites, because that would totally preserve it, right? Embarassed

So, whilst attempting, in typically futile fashion, to find a mirror copy or something of "Welcome to the ARK", I found another video called Welcome 2 the ARK which appears to reference ARK as Arkansas. Do we have a contender for the new "twenty dollars" Slendy theme? Probably not, but it got me thinking; could the Land of Ashen Waste/TLoAW be in Arkansas?

EDIT: Please pardon my epileptic arboretum.

If it is, then they are totally going in the wrong direction.
